Ruby's POV

I could finally stand on my own and me and Eddie got to talking.
"Ruby, can I be honest? I'm a freak, and your so cool. Honestly I don't even know why you like me.. as a friend obviously."
"Eddie, your not a freak. Your my best friend, and the kindest person I know."
"Yes I am." He said, sadly.
I grabbed his face and cupped it.
"You are not a freak. You aren't. Do you understand?"
He nodded.
He looked a bit embarrassed and flushed.
"Aw Eddie, you blushing?" You said placing your arm around his neck, continuing to walk around Nancy's house.
"Maybe.." he said mumbling so you could barely hear him.
You smiled sweetly at him, and he did the same.

Eddies POV

I had always had a huge crush on ruby, since the first time I met her, when we ran into eachother.
She was so beautiful, and I had really gotten to know her these last couple of days.
She was also very funny, we had the same humor.
But I knew she was way out of my league.
She could never like me.
I was her best friend.
That's it.

Ruby's POV

"Hey lovebirds! Kiss already!" You heard Robin and Nancy yell.
Your face turned bright red.
So did Eddies.
You both noticed, and quickly looked away.

Steve yelled. "HENDERSON!" HES HERE!"
"Dang, I really am gonna get rabies."
"Wait, will had a way of talking from the upside down." Then Nancy had an idea.
"Let's use the lights!"
"Let's alert them we are here! Does anyone know Morse code?"
Eddie then spoke "I know SOS, does that count?"
He looked around, then seconds later was doing Morse code, trying to communicate with Dustin.
"Then we went to Nancy's room after talking to Dustin through the light and him telling us to get a light up toy.
We got it and wondered what to say after he unplugged it.
"Say hi." I said.
Nancy then spelled out hi.
"Can you guys get back through watergate?"
"Uhm.."
"Uh."
Nancy then spelt out guarded.
Dustin yelled "Go to Eddies,we think there's a gate there!"
"Nancy, you've always had bikes, right?" Robin questioned.
"Yeah."
We found 5 bikes, a pink one, blue one, green one, black one, and a red one.
Me and eddie chose the black and red one, while Nancy chose the pink one, Steve chose the blue one, and Robin chose the green one.
We arrived at eddies just in time to see something hitting the gate which was on the ceiling.
We didn't know what it was and Eddie put his hands out, looking like he was trying to guard me.
Steve walked closer, trying to see what it was, when we looked up we saw Dustin, grinning ear to ear.
Then he grabbed a rope thing and threw it at the gate.
Then it came down to us.
"Test if it'll hold!" Dustin yelled.
Robin tested and it did.
Then robin volunteered to go first.
She struggled a bit trying to climb up, but eventually she got there and fell.
"That was fun!"
She said happily.
Then Eddie looked like he was going to go, and said "ladies first, Ruby."
I rolled my eyes and laughed as he got down on his knee and helped me climb up.
When I finally made it to the top, Eddie yelled, "Be careful!"
"I'll try."
When I fell I did a I fell straight on to my face.
Eddie practically screeched laughing at me, I just rolled my eyes and said "Now you try to do better, sir." I said in a sarcastic tone, while bowing down.
"I will!" He yelled back, of course when he went he fell straight on his back.
"See you didn't do any better then me."
"Yes I did."
"No!"
"Yes!"
"Hey love birds! Shut up!"
Robin yelled, while we both rolled our eyes, waiting for Nancy to climb up the rope.
But she never did, then we heard Steve yelling.
"Nance?!" Steve yelled.
"Vecna.." we heard max mutter.
We rushed to go find music.
"EDDIE, WHY DO YOU ONLY HAVE METAL?"
"ITS THE ONLY GOOD MUSIC!"
"STEVE SAYS YOU GUYS NEED TO HURRY UP!"
"WE CANT FIND ANYTHING."
"SERIOUSLY WHAT IS ALL OF THIS?"
"WHAT ARE YOU EVEN LOOKING FOR?"
"MADONNA, BLONDIE, BOWIE, BEATLES? MUSIC, WE NEED MUSIC."
"THIS IS MUSIC!"
Then minutes later while we argued, she woke up.
"Our voices were music to her." Eddie laughed.
"Shut up!" I yelled.
After she woke up she said, "let's all go to sleep, and then, I'll tell you what he showed me."
"Wait, where are we all going to sleep?" I asked.
"Uhm it's my trailer, so can I have the be-" Eddie started but I slapped him on the arm.
"Nancy can have the bed! She's the one that got possessed!"
Eddie looked at me annoyed.
"Me and Robin will sleep on the mattress, but I mean this sleepover would be funnier if you had face masks. Me and Robin always do face masks." Steve said sarcastically.
Eddie flipped him off.
"Me and Eddie will sleep on the couch." I said while lowering eddies arm.
"Ok come on, Eddie."
Eddie was practically sleep walking as we made our way to his couch.
Eddie and me laid beside each-other and almost instantly fell asleep.
