I opened the door feeling tired and drained out

When I looked up Jake and Jay were in front of me, it seemed like they had been waiting for me for a while now

Taking a few steps forward I made a stop right in front of them

Looking at their facial expression they seemed worried about me, "Sunghoon told us..." they sounded sobered

I realized they don't look drunk at all, which is new...

I chuckled without any emotion and took a seat as well, "you took Y/n home?" Jay asked and I nodded

I dragged the tray and poured myself a glass of water, finishing it immediately. I deeply sighed after finishing everything

"Did anything happen when you took her home?" they asked

'Why... Why am I so in love with you?'

I closed my eyes remembering the words she said before I left her house immediately

"She said stuff... How much she liked me and all that"

I answered their question, I looked back at them to see their reactions before their facial expression never changed

"Well, what happened after that?"

"I left..." I say almost in a whisper, "it was embarrassing hearing her say that-"

"I don't think you were embarrassed," Jay said cutting me off

I raised a brow and Jake looked at him too, "I think your heart fluttered"

My eyes widened a bit, 'fluttered?!'

I shook my head denying, I don't think it was because my heart fluttered at all

"I don't think it was because of that at all," I say firmly

"Well I think it's because of that, you like her anyway," Jay said which made me more confused, "when did I tell you that?"

"You didn't but it's obvious," Jay fought back

Jay crossed his arms and I just shook my head again, telling him that he was wrong

He took a deep sighed and furrowed his eyebrows

"It's okay if you like her Heeseung, I just find her pretty, I'm sure Jake does too"

"I'm not saying that because I think you two like her as well"

"Then why do you keep denying it!" Jake finally spoke, sounding annoyed as he said so

My eyes shifted to Jake who was serious

I just shrugged not wanting to continue the conversation

I stood up and stretched my neck before walking to the sink with my cup

"Let's sleep now we have class tomorrow-"

"Yah Heeseung what's wrong with you? Can you tell us why you keep denying your feelings for Y/n?"

"Because I don't like her," I say, I said in an angry tone. I didn't want to continue the conversation but they kept pushing it

It was annoying me

I placed the cup in the sink and was about to walk away wanting to sleep

"Is it because of what Hanbyeol did?"
