Diego's Pov:
Walking away to my last class, I replay the conversation I just had with Zipora in my head.
She got pretty bold with me back there. I smirk to myself... interesting.
Most people wouldn't even think to do that, then again it seems she really doesn't know about me yet. I start to smile.
There will come a day that she will though and I pray for her sake it's not the hard way.
~
Hearing the bell go off, I get up to leave for the day. I'm glad I took the option to not have a last period, who wants another elective class.
Walking into the crowded hallway, I spot Katrina leaning against the wall laughing at something on her phone.
Sneaking up to her, I snatch the phone out of her hands getting an immediate reaction out of her.
"Cut it out Diego," she says with a pout on her face trying to reach for her phone. She's such a little kid sometimes.
"What are you laughing at on your phone" I say trying to see if she's texting somebody.
She rolls her eyes at me, "None of your business and stop being so controlling, you're not my father." She says as she snatches her phone out of my hand.
"I wouldn't have to be "controlling" if you made better choices in your life." I tell her, she is always so careless.
She scoffs "I always make good choices Diego, I'm not a little kid okay." She says getting irritated
I shrug "Sure you do, anyway I wanted to talk to you about your new friend." I tell her getting serious.
Katrina looks at me annoyed, "I already know what you're about to say and i'm not going to stop hanging out with her, so whatever you have to say keep it to yourself." she says, holding up her hand.
"I wasn't going to tell you that, I was just going to tell you that you need to keep her in check." I tell her
"Excuse me..." she says starting to get upset, oh great here she goes.
"I'm not going to do that, she is her own person Diego and she has a right to defend herself." She tells me.
I start laughing in her face," I don't care, she needs to know who runs this school and that disrespect will not be tolerated."
I know I already talked to her little friend Zipora but I have a feeling that she will still be a problem, but if Katrina tells her it will more likely get the point across.
Katrina looks at me like I've grown another head, "Diego... let me make this clear to you, I'm not doing it.'' she tells me.
I shake my head, "Katrina I swear to god-" I'm about to say, until I look to my right and see Zipora walking the other direction. I straighten up and look back at Katrina.
"We'll talk about this later." I tell her and walk away hearing her mutter under breath.
Shaking my head annoyed, all I know is if she wants to continue being friends with Zipora she will have to do what I say.
With that thought in mind I walk out the school doors.

I'm leaning against the wall of the school, waiting for Louis to get out of his last class. His dumb self had to take junior year English again if he wanted to graduate on time.
Completing school was a necessity for our line of business, at least that's what my uncle says, " No one wants to do business with an idiota."
Hearing the bell ring, I start to move to the front to meet up with Louis, when I see Zipora walking out of the school.
I watch her as she walks to a blue Honda Civic, I suddenly see her stop in her tracks turning her head looking around only to make eye contact with me in the process.
I stare at her, as we both don't look away from each other. I don't know what it is about her that I can't shake, it irritates me.
Eventually she looks away when the woman in the car calls her name, seeing her get in and drive off I look away seeing Louis walking up to me.
Time to get to work .
