Raavi opens her eyes and looks anita who looked her shocked.
Ra: (tensed) kya hua di aap aise kyun dekh rhe ho.....
An: (seriously) tu serious hai uske liye?......
Ra: (confused) hn?
An: tu serious hai usko leke, raavi?...
Ra: hn di par-
An: toh phir ready reh.....agr papa se lad sakti hai toh thik....warna usse bhoolja....kyunki papa ko convience karna impossblie hai......
Then only, anita gets a call. She leaves. Raavi sits there being tensed. She throws away the negative thought and thinks that she'll surely connvience jagat.
It's anita's mehndi day.
Pr: (to jagat) anita ko call kariye.....2 ghante bol ke gyi thi...ye mehndi wali kab se baithi hai.....
Ja: aa jayegi....dosto se milne gyi hai....aa jayegi....tum tab tak baakiyoon ko lagva do.....
Raavi in her room was talking to shiva.
Ra: (cutely) missing me?.....
Sh: (sadly pouting) bahut jayada.....
Ra: UK jaane ki tayari ho gyi?
Sh: hn....tu bhi chali ja kahin....karle tayari mba ki...iss saal nikal le kisi tameej ki jagha.....
Ra: tu toh bolega hi.....tera jana jo confirm ho gya......kab jaa rha hai?....
Sh: 15 din baad....ab skype pe romance marenge....
Ra: jaane se pehle tujhe mummi papa se milvana hai....maine bataya didi ko tumhare baare me....unke reaction ne mujhe aur bhi dara diya.....
Sh: (chuckles) kyun kya boli vo....
Ra: aise kuch nhi...bas unhe lagta hai ki papa samjhana impossible hai....khair tum log pahunch rahe hona parso...
Sh: hn....
Suddenly, prafulla calls raavi.
Ra: acha chal baad me baat karti hu....mummi bula rahi hai....
Sh: okay....
Ra: love you....
Sh: love you too....
Raavi keeps the call and goes to prafulla. She goes her parents' room where see finds them with shocked expression. She sees a letter in jagats hand. She goes to them and takes the letter from jagat. She reads it and gets shocked.
Next day, raavi calls shiva.
Sh: hi jaanemann....aaj kaise time mil gya....shaadi ki tayari puri ho gyi kya?....
Ra: (blankly) shaadi nhi ho rhi shiva.....
Sh: (confused) matlab?
Ra: (slowly) di kisi aur se pyaar karti thi......vo ghr chod kar chali gyi.....kal sham unka letter mila....
Sh: (shocked) what?....
Ra: *silent*
Sh: auntie-uncle ko kyun nhi bataya di ne?
Ra: (slowly) btaya tha....cast ki problem thi.....
Sh: (disbelief) yaar aaj kal kaun sochta hai cast ke baare me.....
Ra: *silent*
Sh: main do hafte me jaa rha hu....tickets bhi booked hai....
Ra: hmm
Sh: toh milna toh ho nhi paayega.....
Ra: iss situation me toh bikul bhi nhi......
Sh: koi baat nhi.....main koshish karunga ki main inhi winter break me aa jaun....
Ra: shiva me rakhti hu...I'll call you later....
Sh: okay....you take care hn...bye
Ra: bye....
Raavi keeps the call and blankly looks at ceiling.
Soon everyone among the neighbour, relative and friends got to know about this incident. One day, while prafulla was buying vegetables.
Neighbour auntie1(NA1): par samjh nhi aata ki ye kaise hua.....itni achi...matlab anita jaisi bachi ke saath.....
Pr: *silent*
NA1: aree ek baar ye toh sochti ki ghar jawan behn bhi hai.....
Ra: (pulling her inside) maa....chalo.....
Raavi takes prafulla inside. Prafulla sits on sofa and start crying.
Ra: (angrily) maa aap unki baat sunte kyu ho....unka toh kaam hi hai ye faaltu baatein karna.....
Pr: (crying) galat kya kaha unhone beta....hn...
Ra: (sits beside her) maa....shant ho jao....(tries to calm her down)
Another day, one of jagats friend visits.
Uncle: Sandeep bata raha tha ki usne dekha mall me kisike saath hafte pehle.....par socha koi friend hoga.....aaj kal ke bacho ki dosti bhi toh itni jayada hai kip ta hi nhi chalta ki kaun friens aur kaun....expect nhi kiya tha ki aisa kuch ho jaye ga......hume toh yahi tha shaadi ho rhi hai toh.....
Jagat remains silent and raavi listens all this as she prepared tea. She couldn't do anything just sigh.
Like this, a week passes. The neighbour and known kept on bring up the topic hurting raavi's family.
One night, raavi comes to take water and finds jagat sitting in hall. She could hear the sobbing sound. She goes to him and kneels in front of him.
Ra: (slowly) papa....
Ja: (emotional and cracking voice) itne saal ki ijjat....sab uchal ke chali gyi....
Ra: (with teary eyes) papa....
Ja: (crying) pyaar karti thi...aur humare pyaar ka kya.......1-2 saal ka pyaar humare 24 saal ke pyaar se bada ho gya....(cries)
Ra: (trying to console him) aap so jayiye papa....tabiyat kharab ho jayegi.....
Ja: kaise neend aayegi....hn...kaise.....(cries)
Raavi makes him stand up. She takes him to his bed and makes him sleep. As jagat drifts to sleep, Raavi rushes to terrace and cries her heart out. Taking all this was getting more and more difficult for her. and after thinking about her and shiva's relationship, her heart breaks into piece. After some time see stops crying. She wipes her tears and thinks to give her parents time to come out of this situation. She opens shiva's picture in her phone and holds it close to her heart.
