...What the... What the heck happened? Why is it so dark all of a sudden?

It can't be night already, can it? No, there's no way Shun and the others would have just left me to sleep the day away on my desk. Neither would Ms. Oka for that matter.

Maybe they decided to pull a prank on me or something? But why can't I see anything? And what's that sound...

*ptt* *pat*

Is that... water? Am I next to a tap or something? Did they put me in the bathroom while I was sleeping?

Nah, that doesn't seem like something they'd do. Not even Natsume, and he's a total asswipe. Even if someone did, that doesn't explain why it's so dark, unless they decided to leave me in the dark too...

Can... Can I move?

I tried to wiggle my arms around, but it seemed a little difficult. My arms weren't tied, and it didn't seem like my legs were either, it just felt like I was... wrapped up in something. Couldn't be a sack since there was so much room.

And I'm not gagged or anything, so if movies are accurate I'm not in the middle of the ocean in a body bag.

It just feels... warm, like I'm wrapped up in some kind of giant blanket. That's what I tried next, to push the blanket off of me, even if I was enjoying the comforting warmth.

It didn't open up though. It didn't even seem like it was rising at all, completely undisturbed by my pushing. I wriggled around the surface, looking for the edge of the bed, or whatever I was on, but then I felt myself bump something. Judging by how soft and squishy it was, I could tell that it wasn't a wall. It was fuzzy.

It was an odd sound, one I had never heard before, but it still seemed like it meant something.

This one was much louder than the one before, though noticeably lower in pitch. I couldn't figure out where the noise was coming from, but somehow it seemed like something I could understand. Almost.

AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

"AAHHH!!"

I screamed, not out of fear, but for the fact that wherever that scream came from, it felt like it made my brain rattle!

Next thing I knew, I had been flashed by a light so sudden I thought someone had thrown a flashbang.

My eyes only managed to adjust to the light the second before it disappeared, but while I could briefly see, I could've sworn I saw fur all around me.
