i woke up at 12:00 getting a call from my lani she was staying at my moms house for the next couple days while i handle some stuff
"hey girl" i got up from the bed and set my phone up against my toothbrush holder in the bathroom while i brushed my teeth and got ready for the day
"what you doing mommy"
"getting ready for work why do you look a mess"
"nana let me eat water ice then i went swimming with uncle justin in the pool"
"oh ok well mommy gotta get ready and take a shower i'll call you later baby gimme kiss"
she gave me a kiss through the phone and hung up on me rude ass
today i had to film a blog for my youtube channel and go food shopping, after i did my hygiene and got ready i grabbed my vlog camera from my kitchen counter and left my condo to get on the elevator down to the parking garage
once i got in my car i started by camera and did my intro setting up my tripod on the dashboard i pulled off and headed to the supermarket
"so now i'm at the supermarket because y'all know my baby all she do is eat everything, she isn't here right now because she at my moms house so i'm here by myself" i grabbed a car and set my purse down and my camera facing me
"honestly i think ima pick my baby up y'all i be in the house all by myself without her"
30 mins later
i pointed the camera to lani when she got in the car
"say hi baby" she waved at the camera without said a word she was too busy watching youtube
"ok so guys tonight i have a special guest that i'm styling tomorrow i can't wait for y'all already know ima get my girl right" i didn't tell you guys yet but i am a celebrity stylist
i turned off the camera till we got to chic-fil-a
"you wanna eat inside or wait till we get home lani" i asked her in question hoping she would say home and of course she said inside only so she can play in the playhouse
we got in line and i ordered for the both of us while lani found a table for us she already know the drill she gotta eat first then i'll let her go to the playground for half an hour
"so now me and lani at chic-fil-a and she over her rushing just so she could play" i laughed turning the camera to her because sis it was never that deep but ima let her play she been looking forward to this all week
"mommy i go play now" she ran off before i could respond back to her
"so you gonna act like you ain't see my message last night" i look up and it's dave ugly ass in my sight
"i'm busy and i'm always gonna be busy" he was starting to irk me like what do you want
"what ya man don't let you have friends" little did he know
"i actually don't have a man" as soon as those words came out my mouth here comes kehlani running towards me
"oh ok i see why i apologize i didn't know you had a daughter" he passed her fifty dollars
"well now you do but i'll give you my number we were just about to leave" i grabbed his phone from out his hand and put me number in
"say bye to the nice man lani"
"thank you mister" she waved bye to him and we walked off back to my car
back at kari house

incoming facetime call from dave
i set up my phone as the call was connecting and fixed my hair a lil looking at myself through the phone
"what you too good to let a nigga take you out" he asked in question raising his eyebrows
"it's honestly not even that i don't need a nigga coming around to be in and out onto my life" kehlani dad was a little boy nigga could never do for his daughter and couldn't keep his dick in his pants for shit i sat around for a no good ass man for too long and i think it's time for me to move on with my life
"who said that was my intentions you must mistake me for one of dem lil niggas you be fuckin wit" " he laughed out loud
"yeah whatever nigga" i grabbed my phone from against the jar of sugar and left out the kitchen to check on lani and she was watching boss baby on her bean bag
"so what you do for work? i make music n shit" knowing damn well he prolly do more than music
"so i'm a celebrity stylist i make bitches besides myself look good for a living"
"tell me more" he propped the phone up and rolled a dutch
"i'm 23, i have a daughter named kehlani she's 4"
we talked for a little while more till i had to take lani a bath for the night and put her to bed
"goodnight baby i love you" i placed kisses all over he faced as she giggled
"love you too mommy" she kissed my cheek and i got up from her bed and turned off her light
i took a shower and laid down in my bed while dave was still on the phone
"i'm going to bed"
"ok so you want me to hang up or"
"it don't matter but goodnight" i closed my eyes and drifted off into a deep sleep
