It had been at least almost an hour and Mk still hadn't said a word or looked at me since he came in. I watched him speak to Macaque a couple times in the first couple of minutes but other than that he hadn't done anything.
I was still in the corner, my body heat rising again and again. Something was going on, and if no one let me out of here I'd never know what it was.
My father had yelled at me again, and everyone saw it. He still refuses to touch me, and I don't know the reason for it, but I'm glad. My body hurts too many anyway.
Mk was walking around with his tail swaying lightly, at some point he must've switched to his monkey form and stayed in it because he never stayed in it this long. I've seen it a couple times but now I could see it in detail with him not realizing I was watching him.
He looked stronger, even the aura near him felt stronger even if I was far away from him. He just felt different in such a short span of days. He was still beat up, a couple scars on his face from most likely Macaque. He must've trained him.
This makes me wonder and I look to his clothes, they weren't his normal jacket and red pants as they normally were. He was wearing a black tight shirt with those red pants, the shirt's collar going up near his neck like my own shirt. There was a long scar on his arm as well.
In my eyes, he looked kind of good, but he didn't look the same without that jacket.
Suddenly he turned to me and I instantly looked away, feeling my body shake in fear. I whisper, "Please don't come," but he's already on his way, stalking over here.
My hand clenches my pants, Mk stopping in front of me, silent. I back myself up against the wall. He wants to hurt me.
Mk crouches, "I just want to talk." The first thing I notice is he sounds tense, rude, talking to me. He normally sounded laid back like he wanted to talk for hours but now, it was different.
My mind goes to so many things so quickly but I know, he knows something.
I slightly sit up, nodding.
Mk sighs, then narrows his eyes, "Why did you not tell me the truth?"
I stare in shock for a moment, running through a couple things in my head but nothing comes to mind to what he asked, "What?"
"At the shopping centre."
I freeze, my heart racing as I realize. He knows. I should've known Macaque would be able to hear what happened there! Curse that six-eared simian!
"He's blackmailing you, Mk." I get onto my knees, desperate, "I am demon but I would nev-"
"Lies!" He yells, teeth barring, "He told me everything, you can't fool me. You ate a person!"
"I was hungry, it isn't everyday you get to eat that shit!"
"In a human shopping centre?!!"
I stop, my hands beginning to shake violently. I look down and burry them into my warm hair. "I'm sorry."
Mk still doesn't approve, clicking his tongue, "You're sick. You were drooling over it like a freak. And what'd you even do now?"
The words sting, my body leaning my forward more and more with each hurtful word. "I—... my mom. I hurt her."
Mk laughs, "Your own mother?! Wow, low blow." After a moment of silence He snatches my hands from my hair and a squeak in pain, looking up to his face. Something was wrong.
"Let go," I command, yanking my hands but his grip is hard and tough, my hands don't budge one bit. "Mk!"
He still doesn't say anything, and that scares me more, just the silence and the weird presence within him. My hair sets aflame to try and freak him off but he doesn't move though his face is so close to the heat.
I stare at his blank face in terror, and next thing I know I'm flung across the room. I expect the rough landing and I even get ready for it but it never comes.
My flames were gone as I groan in someone's arms, and suddenly I feel restless. I lose control over something, my hands swing aflame and it hits into the persons face. I drop the the floor, flames surrounding me as the person gets up. I launch myself at the stranger, they struggle in my hand, yelling.
"Red Son! Re-" they grunt, grabbing the side of my face in pain and sending my head into the wall. I scowl, dropping to the floor with my hands saving me, on all fours as I glare up to the blob.
"What're- holy shit!"
They must've realized something I didn't know, but I felt a sensation around my whole body. I stood up, struggling to even move anymore and I end up back on the ground. I scream in pain but I can't hear it. Am I even screaming?
Feet are in front of me and I notice my flames had died down to my hair, and suddenly I can see.
"Hey! Are you okay?!" Macaque was yelling at me, shaking my body like his life depended on it.
I groan and can't speak but I nod.
"Mk, he's-" Macaque shakes his head and gestures to where Mk was.
He was writhing around in my father's large hand, screaming. "Let me go freak! I'm gonna kill you!" He shrieked. DBK was staring in terror almost, and that was when Mk stopped, if it even was him, and he slowly turned towards me and Macaque.
He was definitely different if it was him, his eyes pure white, no ball of colour. I whisper in fear and can hear Macaque curse.
"Macaque," I stand up, my body weak within gaining control again, "What the hell is that?"
Macaque scowls, "Let's just say we've got ourselves a second bone demon."
