you shot up in a cold sweat. you worriedly looked over to your boyfriend Rengoku, sleeping peacefully in his sleeping bag. you let out a sigh of relief. he was alive, not killed by a demon like in my dream. you thought "Is something the matter Y/N?" Kojuro asked asked you groggily as he opened his ember eyes. "I-Its nothing, just a nightmare." you awnsered.
"You're to far form the fire come closer. I don't want you getting sick."
You got out of your sleeping bag, walked over to Rengoku and lay back down in his sleeping bag. Snuggled up to his warm form. "I didn't mean that close!" He laughed softly. "Well you ARE the flame hashira" you made a good point.
You felt way better knowing that your partner was safe.
