PROLOGUE

I sighed as the lecturer continued to discuss. Nangalumbaba lang ako at tumingin sa bintana.

The sky was dark and cloudy, baka uulan. Wala pa naman akong dalang payong.

I saw a black bird fell down from the sky. Hindi ako sigurado kung ibon ba talaga iyon, that's a unique bird if it's too thin and wide.

The bell rang, I quickly cleaned my desk and headed out. Pinuntahan ko kung saan nahulog ang ibon na 'yon. There was none as I arrived.

Walang ibon kundi...

A god damn notebook.

I picked it up and read it's cover.

"Desire Note." I opened it and none was written. I looked around to see if anyone saw me. None. What a wonderful day... Another one for my collection.
