As Hiei say the shipgirls and C. Gina she saw Laffey and Ayanami

Hiei: Oh Laffey, Ayanami are these your friends?

Both: Yes

Hiei: I see, stand down, and leave them to

Guards: HAI

and so the guards of the port lowered there guards and returned to whatever they are doing 

As this happened Hiei spoke 

Hiei: So, allow me to introduce myself for those who don't know me, name's Hiei, Guardian of the Land of Harmony and New Life, may I ask your names before we could proceed except for those who have already meet me

and so C. Gina and the other shipgirls introduced themselves

Hiei: I see so you are leader of your fleet right Ms. Gina?

C. Gina: Yes

Hiei: May I ask how did your fleet got here

C. Gina: We came here to meet you Ms. Hiei since Ayanami and Laffey tell us a lot about you and with the help of Lady Shinano we got here

Hiei: Lady Shinano, The Sleepy Female Kitsune that can float with the phases of the moon on her back?

C. Gina: Yep, but don't worry we will have to return back here since we were given a bracelet as a timer for how long we have to stay here *shows the bracelet* if we don't return on time we will be stuck here until Lady Shinano opens the gate to get here again

Hiei: I see, since you here let me give you all a tour in the city, Ayanami, Laffey can you help me take them a tour to make it easier?

Laffey: Sure

Ayanami: You can count on us

Hiei: Thank you very much the two of, I'll give you both a treat when we finished the tour, so what do you all want to see first?

and then Haruna raises her hand

Hiei: Oh Ms. Haruna what do you wanna see first?

Haruna: C-Can we see your ship, we've heard from the 2 that your a shipgirl

Hiei: I see, *looks at the 3 Kongou class ships* even thou your ships looked like mine, I'll do my best to present my ships firepower so wait here

and then Hiei disappeared infront of them and then after a few minutes they heard a ship horn sound and the group turned around and saw Hiei on her ship with Hiei waving at them

and from there the men in the port placed several dummies far away from Hiei's ship to show how Hiei's guns are powerful, with C. Gina and the others being escorted b the guards to get a better view on how Hiei will fire her guns

After a minute of Hiei's main guns moving to hit the dummies perfectly Hiei spoke

Hiei: Fire!!!

*BOOM x8*

as this happens the shells managed to hit it's mark and the dummies were completely decimated with C. Gina and the shipgirls clapping there hands to the performance

and then after a few minutes Hiei puts her ship back to the docks and from there she started to tour the group around the city with Ayanami and Laffey helping C. Gina and the others to get more knowledge about what the city has in store including the inhabitant's living there
