Chapter 13: The Fall Of The Dragon

"HEY!! EVERYONE GATHER AROUND. THE MEETING'S ABOUT TO START!!" a tall teenage male shouts in a commanding tone, getting everyone's attention.

Ken Ryuguji, aka Draken, a 15 year old muscular and tall teen. His head is shaven on the sides and back to expose his signature dragon tattoo on his left temple. He has long blonde hair that is neatly braided, but leaves a few strands of it lose in front. Finally, black eyes that looks intimidating for people to see. He wears the standard Toman uniform. He is a founding member of their gang, Tokyo Manji Gang or Toman, and it's Vice-Leader.

Ken was born in Shibuya's Red-light district. He never knew his father,and his mother was a prostitute. When he was two years old, she disappeared. He lived at the Massage parlor of the brothel. In his 5th year elementary, he grew up surrounded by pink towels and the smell of lotion. He was taller than the local middle schoolers. Even middle schoolers wouldn't go against the 5th-year with a dragon tattoo. Whenever he beats up people, he would sometimes says "If you see this Dragon, you better hide!", and it seems to work, terrifying the people who dares to challenge him.

Toman's members gathers, lining up and making way for their Leader, Vice-Leader, Captains, and Vice-Captains.

"GOOD EVENING LEADER!!" all the members shouts, greeting their higher ups as they bow.

Each Captains and Vice-Captains made their way to their pose. While their Leader, Manjiro, and Vice-Captain, Ken, goes to the top, in front of the shrine, facing their members. All members stood straight, staring up at their Leader.

Manjiro had his blonde hair now longer, some hair tied at the top. His body full of muscles and wears Toman's uniform. His chest exposed and his stomach wrapped with bandages. His name all known to the delinquent world, 'The Invincible Mikey'.

Manjiro stood in front, head high "We're gathered here today to talk about 'Moebius'." He started, voice loud to let everyone hear. "If they go against us, it'll be a huge conflict." he said, his tone threatening. "If a fight happens, it'll be when the Musashi Festival happens. So.... " he sits down ".... I wanna hear everyone's opinion on this." he smiles, eyes closed.

The reason for this meeting is because of the conflict between Niko, Toman's 3rd Division Captain's friend that is also a member of Toman and the Moebius members. Moebius's Leader, Nabutaka Osanai, got into a fight with Niko over something. Moebius members beats up Niko. Then r@ped his girlfriend right in front of him, killed his parents and siblings, and took all his money.

Niko is very desperate enough to ask for his friend's help. As Niko's friend, Haruki will gladly help. Haruki went in front to talk to Manjiro as he was the one who was asked for help.

Haruki Hayashida, known as Pah-chin. A short and stocky build male. He has slanted black colored eyes. Bleached hair parted to the right side with the sides of his head cleanly shaved. He bears a small stitch on the left most side of his lower lip and a small scar under his left eye. He also wears Toman's uniform. He is also a co-founder of Toman and its 3rd Division Captain.

"Well, Pah?" Manjiro asked Haruki. Haruki bows down infront of him. "You gonna fight?" he questions Haruki as he stares down at him.

"They're two generations above our gang. We won't get away unscathed." Haruki said, looking down. "It'd just be a bother to you guys...." Manjiro's eyes wides a little bit "....But, I can't stand it Mikey." he bits his lower lip.
