monday todays the day everyone dreads. the first day of school, im even more nervous because im kinda the new kid i have finn so i should be fine

I am so so nervous i can't wait to meet finns friends though that's the only thing getting me hyped. for school i decided to wear to distressed baggy jeans with a random graphic tee and some vans it's a nice outfit. i decide to once again post on instagram y/n_27

i grin shutting off my phone and going down to talk to my mom ' hey mom ' i greet ' morning honey ' ' you excited for today?' she asked ' ehh kinda i mean at least i'll have finn ' i say ' oh about finn , are you two together? i've seen you to holding hands and snuggling a lot im just curious' she question 'na we aren't that's just our love language we just have a very touchy relationship i guess' i tell her she's probably not convinced but it's true!
around 40 minutes later i walked over to finns, hes just walking out the door aswell ' good morning mr wolfhard ' i greet ' good morning to you to , excited to start school? ' he asks ' not really but i'm excited to meet your friends' i say 'i can't wait to see them again i haven't seen them in ages' he adds ' haven't you seen them at all since you left school ' 'not really'
after about 10 minutes we reach the school , it's actually really close in walking distance ' finn where do we go ' i ask ' oh yeah uhh i'll take you to the front office and you can ask ' we walk to the front office , seeing many unfamiliar faces , ' hi uh im y/n im new can you tell me what class im in ' i asked the lady ' oh of course honey' what a sweet woman 'uhh your in room 24 , your actually in finns classes ' she tells me while handing me and finns schedules ' atlesst we are in the same class , what's your schedule like? ' i ask finn , he shows me his and it's literally identical to mine ' oh thank god we have the same schedule' we walk to room 24 or more finn guides me
we get into the room and we sit down kinda in the middle of the class room 'are your friends in this class?' i ask him 'oh no but you'll see them at break ' i nodded. everyone was coming in and this boy came and sat beside me ' hey ' he said ' hi ' ' are you new pretty sure i've never seen you before ' he asks ' yeah haha i moved to canada this year from ireland ' i tell him ' ireland? wow that's pretty cool , do you know anyone you can hang out with me and my friends ' he suggests ' oh no i have this man beside me , but thank you tho ' i say grabbing finns arm ' we can still be friends though more the merrier!' i say ' that'd be cool ' he says and looks forward to the teacher calling our names.
'okay so we have maths then art then break right ' i asked finn ' yes you are one smart sausage aren't you ' he said patting me like a dog , we begin walking to our first lesson about 20 minutes in me and finn get restless ' oi finn ' i nudge him ' huh ' ' gimme ur hand i wanna draw on it ' i ask and he obliges, i begin to draw the wildest things mainly just swirls and random lines, soon the bell rings ' finn i am continuing in this in art ' i say and he looks at his hand ' y/n this is wow ' he says in shock ' it's nothing impressive it's just lines haha ' i say and he shrugs and we move onto art
art was kinda boring the teacher is atleast 70 and keeps telling us how she met andy warhol i continue to draw on finns hand and it's growing more up to his arm , i can tell he's staring at me but i ignore his daggers looking into me. after the class is finished we headed to break finn wanted to go straight to meet his friends rather than get food
we arrive at a wooden table and i see 3 boys sitting talking to one another ' FINN ' one of them shouts and runs towards him he embraces him in a hug which shocks me 'y/n this is noah , noah this is y/n ' finn introduces me ' hi noah ' i say ' it is wonderful to meet you , after all the great things finn has told us ' he says grabbing my hand and sitting me down next to him ' this fine man beside me is gaten ' noah says ' hi gaten ' i say ' hello y/n ' ' AAAND i am joesph quinn but you can call me joe ' the last boy says ' hi joe ' he reaches out to shake my hand and i give it to him , instead he takes it and kisses it ' wonderful to meet you y/n' these guys are honestly so cool
FINNS POV i can't stop looking at y/n i seriously don't know what it is , when joe kissed her hand i got this massive feeling just to like scream at joe for some reason i don't even know why , and noah? for holding her hand , i keep admiring my arms that she drew on i loved the feeling of her holding my arm, im happy i met her she has made my life so great ' FINN ' im snapped out of my trance by y/n calling my name ' yes ' i reply ' they wanna meet up this weekend wanna go?' she asks 'sure ' i reply , i feel y/ba feet under the table i lightly nudge her she looks over and nudges me back smiling i do the same and it goes back and forth
BACK TO UR POV LOL the rest of the day was boring but finn and his friends made it better i managed to actually get to know them a lot, mainly joe. Me and finn were walking home when i got a text from joe i nudge finn and show him
