Garcia was just talking to Derek about how thankful she was that you always looked out for her, including getting her a coffee that morning. You always did things like that. Sure, it might've took Garcia a little longer than the rest of the team to notice your feelings for her, but that didn't mean she wasn't a good member of the team.
