I looked up at him to find him staring back at me, his gaze burning right through me.

"I might let you," I said back, softly
His hand lightly touched my cheek, I leaned into his hand as he leaned closer to me.
As our lips touched, there were no cliche fireworks or anything you hear people say in the movies.
I just felt safe.
Like his lips were home and I didn't wanna leave.
