One of the biggest events during one's youth in high school is being confessed to.

"I like you,yōko,please go out with me" Aren confessed to her in an empty classroom "No" Yōko replied bluntly

However when the other person is an 'alien' then it just means trouble.

"Don't sleep kuboyasu" The teacher said as aren sluggishly stood up "Yeaaa" He yawned as he went to the front of the class to answer what's on the board

'God doesn't give two gifts to one person' i completely agree with that but sometimes god is fickle.

Aren easily answered the question as the class let out gasps "Correct,you may go sit down" The teacher said as aren smiled

His gifts are brains,physical ability and a nice appearance.

Aren smirked at yōko on the way back to his seat,and what's worse is that he sits on the chair next to her

He's been given an advantage at everything,half of the people are jealous,while the other half around him just call him an alien..well they're not entirely wrong.

Yōko glanced slightly at aren and he seemed to notice since he smiled brightly at her when she glanced

Whenever i see him,he acts as if he forgot that he confessed to me,maybe his brain structure is really different from a human being.

The school bell rung as yōko stood up as she hurridly put her books in her bag

"Yo aren!" Nendo called out as kaidou and saiki were behind him "Let's go get ramen!" Nendo said "Not again!" Kaidou complained "ah,well.." Aren noticed something fall from yōko's bag

"Oh! Yōko,Your Paper!!" Aren called out but yōko didn't hear as she was blasting music in her headphones "Oh..She's gone home" Aren muttered

"Just put it on her desk" Kaidou said "Hm?" Aren looked at the paper and smirked

Yōko ran until she reached her cram school 'I have 5 minutes more'

"Right now! Just do it!!" The teacher yelled as all the other people there with yōko yelled while answering their sheet

'so noisy' yōko's eye twitched in annoyance as she silently answered her sheet

Getting a good score made me happy,a great evaluation was worth living for,i was invincible all throughout junior highschool.

Yōko grinned as she was the top ranking student in her junior high with her classmates glaring at her in jealousy

However when i met the alien in highschool..the difference between us became obvious,it was my first time experiencing a setback.

Yōko gritted her teeth as aren had a higher rank than her

That attitude of his is killing me,it's so annoying.

Yōko clenched her paper as she stared at the school year ranking board

"Somehow,i did it" Aren grinned as his friends congratulated him while yōko glared at him before walking away

Someday,i'll stand on top of him.one day i want to hear him say that he's been defeated.

I've never won against him,not a single time..but if i keep on doing what i've been doing,i'm sure i'll be rewarded.I believe in that,so i work hard every day.
