It's a sunny peaceful day on the seas of the east blue on which a small boat is floating on the gentle waves. In this boat is no ordinary boy. This is a boy with a dream, challenging the vast, treacherous seas in a tiny dinghy, searching for extraordinary men for his Pirate Crew! "Wow! What a great day! The Weather's so nice!" The boy says with a big wide smile. "Who'd have thought this voyage would end in disaster so soon?" This boy's name is Monkey D. Luffy and he has just found himself in eminent danger. "Hard to believe that I'm getting sucked into this giant whirlpool.. Maybe I was a little careless..." The whirlpool in question was as big as a small Island and was roaring loudly at him. "I could use some help, but there's nobody around. Oh well, can't be helped. Down I go... Too bad I can't swim, too. Ha! What was I thinking? In a giant whirlpool, it doesn't really make a difference if you can swim or not! Yikes!! AAAAH!!" And down he went.---
On the sea near where Luffy just went under there is an uncharted Island and near that Island there is a Pirate Ship. This ship was pretty big, very pink, with sails decorated with hearts and a figurehead in the form of a white swan. "Why is there dust on my Bulwark?" A low voice rumbles as a slender and bejewelled hand swipes the side of the ship. "A thousand pardons, Lady Alvida!! I- I thought I'd cleaned every inch of this Ship!!" One of the Pirates says, franticly gesturing. "I'll clean everything all over again! Please--!" "'Please' what?" "Please not the Iron Mace!! I-I don't wanna Die!!" But the women ignores the man's pleas and whacks him hard on the head with her gigantic Iron mace, sending him flying and leaving blood on the deck. "Koby! Who is the fairest throughout all the seas?" the woman asks a short scared-looking boy with glasses and pink hair. "Ahem.. heh heh.. why YOU are.. Lady Alvida!! No one compares to you!!" He says, trembling and sweating. "Correct!! Which is why I will not tolerate ANYTHING dirty!! The Ship I sail in must be as clean and beautiful as I am. Understand?" The mysterious woman continues. "Remember, Koby, where it not for your vast knowledge of the seas, I would feed you to the Sharks! But don't push your luck!" "Y-Yes.. That's very kind of you." "Other than that you're WORTHLESS! Here, shine my shoes!!" And the woman jabs her fancy shoe towards Koby's face, kicking him a few times for good measure. "Y-Yes, Lady Alvida! Right Away!" "I don't want to see even one speck of dust on this ship!!" The women screams to her crew as she finally comes into view. However, the woman is not really the fairest of them all, she is actually quite ugly. With a large mouth, upturned eyebrows and a small nose and small eyes in the middle of her face. Moreover she was incredibly big, her large round body being supported by two tiny legs. She wore a shirt with pants, a long captains jacket and a cowboy hat with a large plume on top of her black curly hair. This woman was the Lady Pirate 'Iron Mace Alvida'. "That's enough!! You're pathetic!!" She screamed at the small boy, kicking him in the face. "Heh Heh Heh.. Sorry.." "I you've got time to grovel, then you've got time to scrub the toilet!" "Heh, Heh.. Yes, Milady! Right away! ... Right away..." The boy walks away sombrely. –
"What's that, Koby? Did a barrel of rum wash up on the beach?" A pirate at Captain Alvida's warehouse says. "Y-Yeah. And it's not empty! I wasn't sure what to do with it..." "Well I know what to do with it! Let's drink it all up!" Another pirate says with a mischievous grin. "But if the Captain finds out, she'll have our heads!" "She'll never find out!" Says a third pirate. "We're the only ones here. Just Koby and the three of us know about this." "I guess you're right." All three of them smile in sneaky delight. "And you ain't seen nothin' right, Koby?" "Right! I- I haven't seen anything! Heh Heh heh.. Please don't hit me.." Then all of a sudden the barrel burst open and a figure jumps up. "YAAAAWWW!! That was a great Nap!!" "What the Devil!?" It's Luffy! "Hmm.. Looks like I survived somehow. I got so dizzy I thought I was gonna barf!! Hahahaha!" Then Luffy finally realizes his situation as he stares at the four people in front of him. "Huh? Who are you guys?" "Who the heck are YOU!!?" The three men scream in unison. "What were you doing in there!?" "Back to work, you scurvy dogs!!" A loud voice sounds as Alvida's Iron Mace comes crashing through the wall, knocking down the three men and sending Luffy rolling away in the Barrel. "You lazy swabbies! Who's the fairest throughout all the seas?" "Lady Alvida! You are.. of course!" "And you dare to defy me?" "What!? Never not in a million-" "Don't play dumb with me! I could hear you talking all the way from the ship! Which one of you had such a 'great Nap'!" The men gasp as they realise it was the strange boy from the barrel who got them in trouble. "Uh.. Captain! We have an intruder!" "Yeah! That good for nothin' Koby brought that strange feller here!" "What!? Could he be a bounty hunter... After the price on my head? Koby! You traitorous little runt!" Alvida says with a grimace, distorting her already ugly face even more. "But the only bounty hunter bold enough to come here.." "That's ridiculous!! The navy has him locked up.." The men discuss amongst themselves. "BUT if he's as clever as they say.. he might've escaped! And they say that the infamous RORONOA ZORO is that clever!!" Alvida interjects with a smirk.—
