PROMISE

The door burst open making Namjoon flinch as he looked up, revealing Yoongi at the door with his eyes glowing with rage as he pounced on him, grabbing him by the collar he punched Namjoon nonstop until his fists felt numb

"You son of a b*tch!". Yoongi said, looking Namjoon directly in the eyes after pulling him back up by the collar, Namjoon glared at him as felt his face all sour but soon froze when he saw the older man had tears starting to form in his eyes

He knew Yoongi very well, ever since he escaped, he was the first one that he could trust, the first he would put his life on the line for, the first person he called as family until the rest of the boys gradually came entering his life one by one

"You...". Yoongi said as he choked on his tears and collapsed to the floor in front of him, Namjoon only sat frozen with shock as he never saw Yoongi cry before, only happiness and anger were the only emotions Yoongi let himself be seen by the boys but never sadness

He said he never would show the boys that side of him because it makes him feel weak and vulnerable, but here he was crying his heart out to the man who did this to the person he loved with all his heart when she came into his life

"Hyung..."

Namjoon bit his lip regretting he said that when Yoongi shot his head up anger taking over his emotions again but surprisingly he didn't punch him again he just... looked at him with pure hatred

"You don't get to call me that anymore"

Yoongi snapped as he stood up sniffling quickly as he looked down at Namjoon

"I hope you're happy because you almost got what you wanted. Heck you might even get it". Yoongi said, Namjoon looking confused then remember his words from earlier. The feeling of regret from earlier came rushing back to him.

Yes, he didn't like y/n one bit because he couldn't trust him but he still imprinted on her, he almost died because he couldn't see her. And yes his intentions of killing were her true but after hearing Hoseok's words earlier. It struck him hard...

Maybe she did love him...

Even if he wasn't the nicest in the moments they had together.

You can't blame him, he never felt the feeling of being loved. He was born to fight not to love someone, he was born and raised to be a fighting, killing machine.

"How... How is she?". Namjoon spoke looking down knowing he had no right to ask after being the one who did this to her

"The audacity you have is impeccable... You have no shame Namjoon"

Yoongi growled but remembered his promise and calmed down, looking down at the man with anger inside of him, oh how much he just wanted to punch him to the moon so he wouldn't hurt you again if you ever woke up which he hoped you would

Curling his hands into a fist he turned around and headed for the door as the last thing he wanted to do was break a promise he made to you

"She's... In a vegetative state... Jin hyung said that the only thing that could help us now was a miracle and I hope we do get one... cause if we don't... Your gonna pay for what you did... with your life"

"Is everyone here?"

Y/n as Taehyung snuggled his face more into your embrace as Hoseok wrapped his hands around your waist, Jimin laying his head on your shoulder as Jungkook laid on your thigh

"Yes we're here, and is this a cuddle party? Cause I want in". Jin said bringing in a yawning Yoongi as he ruffled his hair, maybe taking a nap again at his tree. How many has he napped today? Three? No, five?

"So why call us all here sweetheart? Missed us?"

Hoseok grinned from behind you as you giggled

"How can I when you guys have been literally smothering me since yesterday and the past other days"

You giggled which made the boys smile as Yoongi plopped himself on your right and placed his head on your other thigh opposite from Jungkook

"Hey what about me~"

Jin whined making the boys cringe but you giggled as you gestured and pulled him into a kiss, the boys gasped softly at the scene. Pulling away from a grinning Jin I was met with jealous eyes

"Hey where's ours~"

The boys whined as I giggled but cleared my throat and said

"Later boys and the reason I gathered you all here is- well you may not like the subject but... It's about Namjoon"

And the smiley faces you saw a second ago disappeared as the tension thicken upon hearing their leader's name

"What about him?". Jin said trying to be cool since he is the oldest he should be the bigger person in every situation, even if the situation is about a psycho who tried to kill his girlfriend

"I want you guys to promise me- Wait no, pledge an oath even". I said making the boys both confused and worried as I sighed but they nodded and

"Okay, we all promise and pledge, so what is it?"

Yoongi asked looking up as he was still laying on your thigh

"You will never kill him at any cost, even if he tries to take my life-"

"Sweetheart that's bonkers!"

"That is outrageous my love!"

"Ain't no way darling!"

"I love you kitten, but no"

"I won't oblige to this"

"Me too, pardon me y/n- but what you're saying is just utter stupidi-"

"BOYS!". I said stopping them from their rants as I sighed and looked them individually in the eyes

"Please... For me?". I said, silence took over the room. No one dares to look at you as they were still contemplating your request, cause if you think about it, it's like you just signed a death contract

But nonetheless, the boys looked up and in both defeat and worry but all of them nodded

"Alright". He said with defeat as I smiled.

"Thank you, boys... Now come, I'll give you boys a kiss each as a reward"
