In case anyone is wondering, no I haven't watched Extraordinary You in a while. My memory consists of a series of butchered-up scenes that vaguely made an impression on me, a lot of in character interpretation so if anything, I hope that the characters are at least written somewhat accurately because I can already tell you, the plot isn't. If you squint you might remember some of the scenes I allude to. So please, keep that in mind and don't get angry at me later when I get everything wrong.
Take this as a what-if and please, for the love of god, don't compare it too closely to the show it's based on. I tried my best but honestly, there weren't any detailed plot summaries I could find online and I wasn't about to rewatch the entire 16 hour-long episode drama so forgive me.
I promise, I do love this show and all its characters. It's not easy to tell but no Baek Kyung was not actually my favourite character when I first watched it. That honour goes to the lovely Dried Squid Fairy although unfortunately he had a grand total of (1) cameos in this fic. It just ended up that way. I intended from the start for this to be short and there simply wasn't enough room to fit in another plot-relevant character. Not that there's much of a structured plot but this is just how it turned out.
