Bryce: IM COMING BABE
he comes running in the movie room with blanket
Bryce: ok what movie
Paige: the black phone
Bryce: horror movie
Paige: yeah
Bryce: you hate horror movies
Paige: so
Bryce: ok if you have nightmares
Paige: baby I won't
Bryce: ok
We get under he blanket and cut the lights out and start the movie and I put my head on his shoulder and about an hour into the movie people walk in and we pause it
Jacob: y'all are in here again
Ace: yeah guys this is y'all's fifth movie night this week
Paige: can we at least finish this movie and then y'all can have the movie room for 2 months
Kristian: fine
They walk out and we unpause it and it goes to a junpscare
Paige: JESUS
Bryce: babe your scared
Paige: I am not it was just a jump scare
Bryce: ok
We end up finishing the movie and I can't go to sleep tonight
Bryce: ok babe bed time
Paige: no we should stay up longer
Bryce: babe I'm tired
Paige: I'm not tho
Bryce: are you scared
Paige: no I'm just not tired
Bryce: fine we can stay up for one more hour with the boys
Paige: ok
They come back in
Ace: is the movie done with
Paige: yeah what are y'all watching
Ace: some new horror movie that just came out
Paige: oh babe Look at the time you ready for bed
Bryce: didn't you just say you weren't tired
Paige: well I'm tired now
Bryce: ok night boys
Tb: night
Me and Bryce get the blankets and go to his room and we both get ready for bed and we both brush our teeth and then we go to lay down and he cuts all the lights off and lays down and I start shaking a little
Bryce: babe are you cold
Paige: yeah
He pulls me closer to him
Bryce: you better now
Paige: yeah
He kisses my head
Bryce: good night I love you
Paige: I love you too
He ends up falling asleep before me and I keep hearing stuff so I force myself to go to sleep
1:00 morning
I started having nightmares and it causes me to wake up in the middle of the night and I sit up and start crying and it causes Bryce to wake up
Bryce: baby are you ok
I immediately go into his arms and cry
Bryce: babe did you have a nightmare
I nod my head yes
Bryce: babe I told you we shouldn't have watched the movie
Paige: I know
Bryce: always listen to me babe now come here
I go deeper in his arms and he rubs my arm
Bryce: it's ok I'm right here
I end up falling asleep listening to his heart beat
