Days after the attack, the students were being asked from the public how the attack affected them. However, very little publicity came towards me after a while. While it was a relief, I felt more concerned about Bakugou and his behavior lately. After he saw me and Midoriya that day, he barely answered any of the text messages I sent him, we barely see each other at the station anymore, and won't even talk to me in class. It became so bad even my grades were acting up on it.

One day, as I entered the school property for class, I noticed Bakugou standing on the side entrance all alone. As I started to walk pass him like all the other days, he grabbed a hold of one of my arms and pulled me to the school side.

"We need to talk." He growled as he was leading me to an empty room.

Just when we entered, he trapped me between the wall with his hand as I stared in shock. What was he about to do to me? My mind slowly got interrupted as he began to speak.

"Look, I'm not great with conversations." He began with his head down low, "So talking to you... is hard for me to swallow."

I looked at his body language for a moment as his body shook within himself, trying so hard to not to yell at me and his ears flushed in bright pink.

Was... was he trying to... be nice to me? I thought for a moment.

"And," he continued in anger, "No matter where we're at, someone always interrupts us for no reason!"

Never mind, he's just trying not to hit me.

"Look, all In trying to say is: I'm-"

At that moment, someone opened the door to interrupt our conversation once again, making Bakugou fuse in anger.

"CAN'T A GUY GET A CHANCE TO TALK TO SOMEONE PRIVATELY?!"Bakugou snapped.
"Why? It's not like you're doing something naughty in here. Are you?" the person remarked.
"What the Hell did You say?!"

I looked at the person in question, but  we both have never seen him before. He looked like a new student with blonde like short hair and teal blue eyes. While figuring out which course he's studying in, he then looked at me, shocked. Without thinking, he pushed Bakugou away from me, holding me by the arms.

"YN?" He asked. "Is that you??"
"Who... who are you?" I asked frightened.
"Don't tell me you forgot about me?"

Before he could introduce himself to me, I was pulled back towards Bakugou's side. When I looked towards him, he was angry.

"If YN doesn't know you, then they don't know you."
"And what gives you the right to butt into our conversation?"

In rage, Bakugou started to ignite his explosive quirk from the palm of his hand, but the boy didn't look concern. He only scoffed and turned away.

"There's no need for that. Aren't you supposed to be a hero in training?" he questioned Bakugou. "Because what I'm seeing is nothing but a villain."

Bakugou growled as he slowly lowered his hand. I couldn't believe what was happening. He was backing down, even though he wasn't the one who started the fight.

"If you don't want to end up expelled in this school, I suggest you leave us alone. Come on, YN"

He was about to pull me away from Bakugou, but my quirk activated, blocking his hand away from me.

"Leave." l only respond.

Both Bakugou and the boy looked at me surprised. The boy then smiled and walked towards me by lifting my chin with his finger.

"Come on now, that's no way to treat your poor cousin like that."
"C-cousin?"
"Oh no. Did Aunt and Uncle not tell you about me?"
"A-about w-what?"
"YN, I'm your lost cousin: Tadami."

This was a first.
I never knew any of my relatives after my parents left.
So I wasn't sure if what he was telling me was true.

"Cousin or not," Bakugou interjected. "You don't grab someone that you don't know by the arms like that."
"Says the one who has her in a vice grip."

As the two were about to get into a fight again, I couldn't let this situation go out of hand again.

"J-just... go." I replied. "Please..."

He looked at my pleading eyes, smiled, then walked away.

"Fine. If that's what my cousin insists. I'll leave. Maybe I'll see you two around. Sooner than you think, I hope."

He then left, leaving both Bakugou and I all alone in the classroom again. I looked right back at Bakugou, who was now more furious than ever. Just when I was about to reach towards his shoulder, the bell started to ring.

"Come on," he ordered while holding my hand, "class is about to start."

I guess that whole conversation is gone now. I thought to myself. Then again, he seems to be more gentle to me for some reason. Why?

When he opened the classroom door, both Kirishima and Sero went towards Bakugou and I.

"What's this? Did you find a way to defuse this time bomb?" Sero teased.
"What did you say?!" Bakugou roared as his hand released mine. "I'll kick your ass!"

As the boys continued, Uraraka came close to me, checking any kind of injury around me.

"Did he do something to you?" she asked worryingly.

I shook my head.

"He didn't hurt you again, did he?"
"Quit your whining, Pink Cheeks!" Bakugou assured, "I laid no finger on them."
"Pink Cheeks?!" she blurted. "I'm not-"

Before she could interject with this matter on his nicknames, I held her back a bit, trying to express that we shouldn't fight. Uraraka sighed and pulled me away for a bit.

Just then, Aizawa, bandaged from head to toe entered in with another student next to him.

"Hello and welcome to the hero course," he muffled, "we're please to introduce you to a new student today."

I looked right at the student and I was shocked: my cousin, here in my class?! What was going on??
