Escaping

  (Courtney Gentry's POV)

I escaped from the MP's in Washington and went to get Claire. Which was when I saw guards posted everywhere, so one by one I killed them, until I got to her room, where I wrote a note saying to put it on loud, and putting it in the Silver Bird record. Which she did, thankfully.

I killed everyone and got her out of there, grabbing her records and record player.

" How did you find me?" Claire asks me.

" I got ahold of one of the MP's radios. It was on the same station that the guards' radios were on."

" Well, they are stupid," Claire said.

" Yeah, they are."

" So where are we going?" Claire asked.

" Montana," I said to Claire.

" Why there?" Claire asked.

" My girlfriend is there."

48 hours of driving later, they made it to Montana, to a small farm with three horses, 12 cows, 4 pigs, and 6 goats and 1 sheep.

" Kat!" I yelled out.

There was a moment of silence before a shot rang out.

" Kat! It's me, Court!" I yelled.

The door opens, and out comes Kat, in a black short sleeve hoodie and a black pair of pants.

" Who's she," Kat asks me.

" She's Donalds niece," I said.

" She has the Peacemaker, right?" Kat asks.

" Yeah. Why?" I asked, walking into her house.

" Don't worry about it," Kat says, putting her gun away.

" Why do you live here?" Claire asks.

We walked into the house, and she put her gun away, locking the door behind her.

" I faked my death a few years back."

" Why?" Claire asked.

" Because I was different."

" We need your help," I said to her as I sat at the table.

" With what?" May asked.

" The CIA."

" What did you do?" Claire asked.

" They hired me to kill someone who turned out to be Sierra four," I said.

" Why?"

" He had evidence. Evidence that could put some people away," I answered.

" Ok then."

She got up from her chair and looked at me.

" Get some sleep. We'll talk tomorrow," Claire says.

She walked to her bedroom and went to bed.

" You heard her."

And with that, I fell asleep, wondering what tomorrow would bring.
