Even though Olivia and Olive are freshmen they can quickly use the Patronus spell, they first used it when someone was Overblot (you know who it is).
Patronus' form is a bird, what kind of bird can be any type. Olivia and Olive have a special case because their Patronus can take any shape they want if it's a bird.
The bird symbolizes elevation, enlightenment, hope, and wisdom. Quite fitting for them
When using Patronus, their hair also shines (like Rapunzel's hair).
Their Patronus can wash off the blot (I got this idea from tickledpink31)
