Broken arm

Graces pov-
I don't really remember falling to sleep but I was in my bed. I started to pack because we were going back today I was a bit nervous to see my dad cus I knew he was going to say or do. I packed for 30 minutes before Tatum came in to the room. She whispered to me
Tatum- grace
Grace- yeah
Tatum- do you want to come on a cycle with me and my mum
Grace- sure
I get changed and we grab the bikes and go on a cycle. We are about half an hour into the cycle we are cycling on a road. I was in-front when this dog ran out in-front of me so I slammed my breaks which made me flip over my bike and then a car ran over my arm. I instantly screamed in pain
Grace- OWWWW
They both go off there bikes and came over people where starting to look and record
Grace- OWWWW IT HURTS
Amy- I know your ok try not to move ok your going to be ok
She tries to comfort me but I am in so much pain. I am pretty sure Tatum is calling the ambulance
Amy- we are getting help
Grace- PLEASE IT HURTS SO BAD
Amy- I know sweetie you ok just keep breathing
Grace- can you get Dixie
Amy- she will meet us at the hospital
Grace- am I going to die
Amy- your ok you aren't going to die
I few minutes later the ambulance comes
Doctor- hey sweetie, where does it hurt
Grace- my arm
Doctor- ok I'll have you breathe this. It's called a green whistle it helps with pain. It's also going to make her a bit loopy
Amy- ok
They put my arm in this case thing and me on a stretcher and put me in the ambulance
Doctor- are you the mother
Amy- no she's my sons girlfriend sister
Doctor- ok are you coming
Amy- yes
We drive to the hospital and I feel really weird almost as if I was high. The doctor takes some x- rays and then Dixie and Noah come in and Dixie comes over to me and hugs me
Dixie- grace are you ok
Grace- yeah it's like they gave me weed
Dixie- hmm how's your arm
Grace- fine I got to go in an ambulance
Dixie- yeah

Dixie pov-
I could tell she was a bit out of it by what she was saying it and the way but she didn't seem like she was in too much pain at the moment. I figured I should call my mum and tell her
Heidi- hey dix how are you
Dixie- I am ok, umm grace got in a little accident
Heidi- what is she ok
Dixie- yeah her arm is broken well that's all they know at the moment
Heidi- oh my god how did it happen
Dixie- she was cycling and flew off and a car ran over her arm
Heidi- ahh my poor baby
Dixie- yeah she is on numbing medicine at the moment so she is a bit out of it
Heidi- oh keep me updated and I'll speak to her when she's a bit more together
Dixie- ok she you later
Heidi- bye love you both
She ended the call and the doctor came in
Doctor- so lucky only her arm is broken but it is quite badly broken so we will have to preformed surgery and then in a cast for 6-8 weeks
Dixie- ok thank you
Doctor- perfect the surgery is pretty simple should only take and hour and then she will be put on pain medication but other then that she will be good to go in a few hours
Dixie- ok thank you so much
Doctor- ok we will take her now
They take her away and everyone went back to the house except me and Noah we stayed and waited. I guess I was nervous cus Noah put his hand on my bouncing leg
Noah- she will be ok bub
Dixie- oh yeah yeah i know it's grace she is always ok
Noah- exactly
Dixie- are we still going home tonight
Noah- no we can go tomorrow
Dixie- ok
A few hours go back and grace comes back with a massive cast that goes above her elbow
Doctor- the surgery went great she heal up perfectly
Dixie- ok thank you so much
Doctor- great so I'll come back once she wakes up which shouldn't be too long
He leaves and a few minutes later grace starts to wake up

Graces pov-
I felt weird and then I remembered what happened and I felt it in my arm
Dixie- are you ok
Grace- my arm kills
Dixie- I know
Grace- sorry
Dixie- it's ok it was an accident
Grace- I know but it was stupid
Noah- your right
I laugh
Grace- thanks thic neck
Noah- hey
I laugh
Noah- are you feeling ok though
Grace- yeah
Dixie- I'll go get the doctor
She leaves
Grace- I wish I got a colour cast
Noah- I think you will in a few weeks
Grace- that's cool
She comes back with the doctor
Doctor- hey how are you feeling
Grace- my arms kind of sore
Doctor- I understandable, so you are free to go home there is so pain medication but other then that that's about all I can do. You will need to get it checked in a week or two so make an appointment with your doctor
Dixie- ok thank you
Doctor- when ever you are ready you can go
Grace- thank you
We wait a while and then I get back into my clothes and then we start to leave. I feel a bit weird as I am quite drugged at the moment but it's fine. We drive back to the house and but a movie on and I am sat next to Dixie
Grace- dix
Dixie- yeah
Grace- it really hurts
I feel my eyes water up but I am in a lot of pain
Dixie- I know let me get your medicine
Grace- ok
She goes and grabs it and I take it
Grace- eww that tastes awful
Dixie- sorry
We finish watching the movie and then Noah suggests roasting marshmallows again
Grace- YESSS PLEASE
Tatum- someone is excited
Grace- always
We roast them and then go to bed. A few hours later I am still awake as it it sore and uncomfortable so I go and wake up Dixie
Grace- I can't sleep
Dixie- what's wrong
Grace- it's sore and uncomfortable
Dixie- I know, do you want to come in here with me
Grace- no it's fine
I go back and try but I can't so I climb in the middle of Dixie and Noah and eventually fall asleep.
