"I know that look." Moonwatcher said to Luna. "You have an idea."
Luna nodded. She let Moon inside her mind. The NightWing gasped.
"Are you sure?" Moon asked.
"More sure than anything." Luna answered. She walked up to Khoine.
"Excuse me," the SilkWing said. "Did you say you can bring anything back from the dead?"
Khoine nodded. "Why? Is there someone you're missing?"
"Sort of." Luna answered. "Ten years ago, I met a dragonet named Freedom. She was in a state of half-living, due to a plant called the Breath of Evil. She told me to kill her, so that we could be free." She could feel tears welling up in her eyes. "She died before she was able to live an actual life. I want to give her a second chance. And your magic can help me do that."
Khoine looked speechless. "Oh my," she said.
"So," Luna said. "Will you bring her back for me?"
"Yes." Khoine said.
"Thank you." Luna said. "Her body is on another continent, though."
Khoine smiled. "I haven't flown in 5,022 years. I'm ready to stretch my wings."
