I finally arrived to LAX with a suitcase and a carry on. Mom is gonna have my other boxes shipped over as well as my car. "Amelia!!"
Jake and Tara run up and hug me, I haven't seen them in over a year! "Oh my god I missed y'all so much!"
"Ready for the LA life?"
"As ready as I will ever be!"
We put my stuff in Jakes car and while driving to his house, where I will be living for now, he gets a call.
"Hey JC what's up man?" "Yo we are having a get together at my place tonight! Pizza and drinks night! You in?!"
"Oh fuck yes dude! Me and Tara will be there, can I bring my sister Amelia?"
I gave him daggers through the rear view mirror.
"Yeah bro I didn't even know you had a sister named Amelia!"
"She just moved here and she's 26."
After a little more conversation Jake finally hangs up. "Jake are all your friends gonna be there?"
"Yeah but you will be fine, they are the greatest people you will ever meet."

We get to jakes house and they help me into my new room Tara set up for me.
