When he transforms back to his Villain personality the person he was melts off him like sludge.
He can change his form to be a bird or be 10× his size. The reason he gave him self so many eyes and teeth is to freak out the heroes [404 aka George and Flame aka sapnap think it's very effective]
Another detail is that he has his middle fingers outlined in blue one of the only colors 404 can see this is because he wants to taunt the hero whenever he can.
If hes going against 404 and Flame with out dream he'll turn into dream to torment them.
Sometimes in civilian form he will overthink wether or not he is himself.
