The week passed by me and Jacob planned to have a dinner with both of our parents to tell them about us. I was at home getting ready I wore this

I walked down stairs, ready to leave but my mom wasn't ready.
Y/n: I'm ready
Mom: I don't know what to wear
Y/n: I can give you a dress of mine
Mom: please
She says looking at me
Mom: that looks expensive
Y/n: Jacob bought it for me
Mom: and what about your money
Y/n: saving it for the purpose, of why I started working
Mom: that's my girl
I went to my room and looked through my closet to find the dress for my mom, I found it and gave it to her. When we arrived to Jacobs house I texted him.
Y/n: we are here open the gate
Jacob: okay
The gate opened, he was standing outside with his mom and Lana. He was wearing this

I was so nervous I got out of the car and hugged him
Y/n: hey
I whispered
Jacob: you look hot
He whispered I shook his moms hand
Y/n: hello
Sadie: come in come in
She said greeting my mom, we went inside and his dad was sitting at the table
I sat down in between of Jacob and my mom we all ate and talked at the end. Jacob got everyone's attention.
Jacob: okay can I get eyes on me and y/n
They all looked at us
Y/n: yes
Jacob: do I or you
Y/n: I'll do it, um Jacob and I have been very close friends ever since I started babysitting, we both caught feelings but didn't say anything. We went on a trip
Jacob: and I asked her out but she said no because of reasons we will soon get into
Y/n: yes, We came back and Jacob and I weren't getting along but since we both had feelings for each other and solved our problems
Jacob: yes we did so we couldn't just be friends we became more. Y/n and I are in a relationship
Sadie and my mom started to cheer
Lana: I already knew
His dad stood up
Mr. Day: Jacob you can do better then this poor girl and you
He said pointing at me
Mr. Day: I told you to stay in your place
Jacob and my mom stood up
Jacob: so what if she doesn't have money she makes me happy
Mom: you will not speak to my daughter like that
Sadie: may I remind you that I got us to where we are
I stood up
Y/n: everyone calm down
I looked at Jacobs dad
Y/n: look it's Jacobs life if he wants to be with me, you can't control him
Mr. Day: he will not be with you under my roof
Sadie: MY ROOF, I PAID FOR THIS NOT YOU
Jacob: If you don't like it dad then to bad I never really cared about you.
Y/n: the reasons of why I said no to Jacob was because of you Mr. Day, you told me that Jacob shouldn't be with SOMEONE LIKE ME, who's poor and that I was JUST A BABYSITTER and should STAY IN MY PLACE.
Jacob: a FUCKING DAD YOU ARE
Y/n: men like you have ruined my life, but your son is putting my broken pieces together.
Mr. Day got up and left
Sadie: I'm so sorry about him
Y/n: it's fine
Sadie: but forget about him congratulations on your relationship
Mom: as long as your happy I'm happy!
She hugged me and Jacob
Me and my mom left but Jacob came with us this time the whole time my mom was asking Jacob many questions. Once we got home Jacob took his shirt off and laid on my bed I changed into more comfortable clothes

I laid on my bed cuddling with him, I got a text from Adrian

Adrian🙂- hey let's meet tomorrow
Y/n😍- yeah where
Adrian🙂- uhh you pick
Y/n😍- how about parking lot
Adrian🙂- our secret place
Y/n😍- yeah
Adrian🙂- at night?
Y/n😍- 12:00 AM

Jacob: who you texting?
Y/n: Adrian
Jacob: what does he want
Y/n: we are meeting tomorrow
Jacob: and I'm coming right
Y/n: yeah I already told you
Jacob started to kiss me, I was happy he made me happy.
Y/n: your my happiness
Jacob: and your mind
We fell asleep
