My Life at Ever After High

Day 1 (Part 2)

So Bella and I went to lunch together. We made it there on time, thankfully, because if we didn't, all the good stuff would be gone. Well, as good as it could get. It's school food. So we get our food and sit at a lonely table. And then a girl comes up to us.
"Is this seat taken?" She asked shyly.
"No," Bella and I both said.
"So what's your name?" I asked her.
"I'm Meilan Fa. Daughter of Mulan."
"See what I mean Bella? Everyone has cool parents who are heroes or villains or princesses or whatever. And my dad is some guy who got killed and then brought back from the dead." Bella turned to Meilan.
"It wasn't anything you said. She's just a little upset about it," she said. Meilan nodded and then turned to me.
"It doesn't matter who your parents are. It matters who you are," she said. I kept that in mind for a while.
"Thanks. Um, so Bella and I were planning to go down to the Village of Bookend after school so she could show me around. You wanna come?" She smiled and nodded.

The three of us had so much fun. I met more people who I planned to hang out with later. Everyone was so nice. I was starting to love it at Ever After High.
