It basically was/is a French [Belgian] comic about a teenaged reporter who has adventures, its quite good for the younger and older audience! its been adapted loads of times, yaddayadda, and i grew up watching this particular series, [I've put up an episode above].

i also love this kids show, which again is perfect for all audiences, called The Sooty Show,
