I am sooooo biased and I'm so sorry...but at the end of the day this is my otp and let me tell you why. It's because of their interaction in episode 2, where Gurjin gets really offended Tolyn doesn't know his name, saying they've been on a lot of foot patrols together.
I like to imagine Tolyn as a hypocrite, the biggest one. So big that he'd be ashamed of his partner, who even though he's a prince, is of a different clan. I don't know, I just like shipping them since I feel like Gurjin would bring out a softer side that Tolyn didn't know he had, or at least we'd get more backstory on him. Anyway, yeah another biased one that I have a lot of headcannon for, more personal preference than anything.
Overall: I think it would be cool and I love it, plus makes me hate Tolyn even more so that's a plus.
