(Luffy dream) 

Luffy stands in the middle of the grass, cold and tired staring at the sky eating a piece of bread with a smile wearing his straw hat and a red shirt although its cold for some reason he can't feel it 

Luffy: So good!

He takes another bite of his bread although stale and a little dirty he still enjoys it with bright eyes but he gets tapped from behind staring at an orange hair girl who is smiling at him, his heart pounds a little staring at her, only able to give a smile back to her

Girl: Luffy! Here I brought you some food!

The girl passes him a bento which he takes and opens it staring at some pork and rice in it, grabbing his chopsticks he quickly starts to eat it while the girl sits next to him just enjoying the view of the sky with him

Luffy: So good! Thanks *#%*# that was amazing!

Girl: You're welcome Luffy but you should really wake up right now.

Luffy: What do you mean?

Girl: You're not trapped Luffy, do what you need to do.

The girl starts to melt staring at Luffy with a smile reaching in she kisses his cheeks disappearing leaving Luffy confused until his head starts to hurt

Luffy: Ahhhh! What the hell it hurts so much!

(Real world)

Luffy wakes up sitting straight on his bed touching his head in pain trying to understand what the hell is going on why he keeps on having dreams like this he can't understand

Luffy: Another one?

Rin: Luffy are you awake? We have to go to school.

He looks toward the stairs seeing Rin all dressed in her school uniform walking toward him she passes him his uniform with a small smile

Rin: Don't you have a game today? ... Is something wrong Luffy? You're sweating a lot.

Luffy: Oh yeah it was just hot I should take a bath.

He gets up and grabs the clothes from her giving her a small nod of gratitude and walks inside the bathroom taking off his shirt he stares at the birthmarks on his body, a large red x on his stomach and a red line on his arm as well as some scars

Luffy: These birthmarks are still weird. To bad I can't ask my parents if they have it as well.

Ever since he was a child Luffy has no memories of his parents, from the small things he was told by his auntie and grandpa was that they were amazing people, always doing there best on protecting others from getting hurt as polices but one day they were caught in a terrible accident and unfortunately died, Luffy never felt much for them, but he did always think of others things, what if they were alive? Would he be different? Would he have been a normal kid? None of them he could answer unfortunately. He turns off the water and starts getting ready putting on his clothes and finally walks out of the bathroom staring at the clock he sees that he has time to eat seeing Sojiro cooking so he sits down in front of him

Sojiro: Morning to you.

Luffy: Morning.

Sojiro raises his eyebrow a little surprised that he didn't add anything else to his talk usually he would call him old man or something but he doesn't question it since it's not something that matters to him

Rin: Morning!

They both look at her and say good morning sitting next to Luffy they begin to eat until they finish which Luffy got refills 4 times, they get up and walk out waving to Sojiro and head to school, today was the day that they would try getting evidence and for Luffy vs Kamoshida in volleyball
