Last time on Dragon Ball Z: PRIMAL, Gohan finally had a chance to participate in the second round as he faced his old acquaintance, Pigero. And while Pigero's set of skills and abilities were formidable, the hybrid's sheer power overwhelmed Pigero's Reiken no Jutsu and successfully allowed Gohan to win. Now, there is only one more fight before the semi-finals, which the Dragon Team anticipates a thrilling conclusion. But will Wheelo's plans allow our heroes that luxury? The journey to make their way to the top of the tournament continues, now!

Battle Zone III - Snowy Monastery

In the battlegrounds of the virtual snowy monastery, two warriors stood at opposite ends, charging their respective energy attacks. One is made up of life energy - ki, and the other, is spiritual energy - reiki.

These two fighters were Son Gohan and Reiken no Pigero.

At the climax of their charge time, both screamed, "HAAA!!!"

The two beams of powerful energy collided, causing a blinding light that covered the surrounding cameras.

During this blast, the two clashed one final time before crossing opposite ends of the battlegrounds. This resulted in one falling to the ground while the other remained tall.

And when the light died down, Gohan was revealed to be the victor.

The shirtless Saiyan hybrid turned his body in the direction of the fallen Pigero. Taking a closer look, he could see that Gohan had straight up knocked out Pigero. But upon closer inspection, Gohan could see a smile on the older fighter's face.

Gohan took this as a sign that Pigero was satisfied with their fight. Without saying a word, Gohan bowed to the unconscious man as the announcer finished counting down.

"Reiken no Pigero is unable to continue, Son Gohan advances to the next round!"

Stadium, Battle Island II, Age 774

"Reiken no Pigero is unable to continue, Son Gohan advances to the next round!"

Those words prompted the entire stadium to applaud and let out joyous shouts of jubilation. To say that they were impressed was an understatement of the decade. In the crowd, there were men who whooped and hollered at the action-packed match. The women, both mature and young, were captivated by the physical attractiveness of both Pigero and especially Gohan (who was shirtless). The children were thoroughly entered by how fast the warriors moved and the flashy techniques that were displayed. Overall, the general reception of the match was positive.

"Now that was a fight!" The tournament announcer for the Tenkaichi Būdokai stated while in the spectator's area. "I haven't seen anything that exciting since Goku's fight with Majunior! What a way to pay respect to the greats! Bravo!"

The same could be said for the members of the Dragon Team.

"Woo! He did it!" Erasa cheered with some of the other members of the Dragon Team.

Bulma smiled while clapping, saying, "Like there was any doubt. He is Son-kun's kid, after all."

Goten and Trunks loudly cheered for the young man, happy to see that their older hybrid role model claimed victory and was moving forward. Marron joined in on it as well, mimicking her father's cheering.

Tien and Master Roshi nodded to each other while smirking at the result of the fight.

Vegeta snorted, saying, "Hmph. As if that human ever stood a chance against the brat. Still, it was entertaining."

Meanwhile, with Chi-Chi...

"THAT'S MY BOY! GO GOHAN-CHAN!" The fiery and passionate mother cheered with her fist up, filled to the brim with pride.
