Also another reason crime here is through the roof. Unemployment rates have sky rocketed ! Poverty ratings are assumed to be the main reason property crime has increased.
Crime rate here tops national average as well, much due to gang activity and drug use. Do not hang around here at night because there is a risk you can be victimized in a criminal act here.
