"they'll love you!" wilbur says as we drive to the recording studio.
"i'm nervous to meet them!" i complain
"i know love, they're all super nice and they are all excited to meet who the band is named after" he smiles
"tommy's gonna be there right?" i ask
"mhm! he's already there" wilbur says
"okay" i sigh as we pull up to a big building.
"before we go inside" wilbur says as i look at him
he pulls me into a kiss, which turned into many.
"wilbur come on you can't be late" i laugh
"it'd be worth it if i was making out with you" he teases
"lets go" i say
we get out of the car and lace our hands together, and as we went to enter the building i hold wilbur's hand as close to me as i could.
"melody it's alright! they'll love you" he smiles "i might have to tell them you're off limits" he jokes
"you really think they'll like me?" i ask
"of course! who wouldn't?" he says softly as we walk into the building.
wilbur signs us in, and we walk over to the room.
"you ready? tommy will be there as soon as we go inside" he says
"yeah i'm ready" i say as i take a deep breath.
wilbur laces our hands, and we walk inside.
"hey guys" wilbur says as we walk inside.
"hi mel hi wilbur!" tommy says as he walks over to us.
"hi tommy!" i smile as we meet in a hug.
"they're all excited to meet you" tommy says quietly
"what'd i say?" wilbur smiles at me "tommy can you agree they'll love her?"
"oh absolutely, come meet them!" tommy says as he pulls me by the arm.
wilbur and i walk over to the group, with tommy next to us.
"mel this is ash, this is mark, and this is joe" wilbur says
"hi!" i say softly
"hi!" ash says
"hello!" mark says
"wassup!" joe greets
"nice to meet the person we've had to yell at wilbur at for thinking about twenty-four- seven" ash laughs
"i was honestly terrified to meet you guys" i laugh
"we're all nice, except joe can get a little weird" mark teases
"hey!" joe laughs
"well" wilbur says as he takes a deep breath "you guys wanna play the album?" wilbur asks
"sure! you'll just have to tune your guitar real quick" joe says.
tommy and i were sitting down in front of the recording area on the ground against the wall as they got everything ready.
"you'll love it, i haven't heard the finished album but what i have heard is amazing" tommy says
"i have no doubts that it's gonna be absolutely amazing" i smile
"alright this one is called one day" wilbur says shakily.
