its been about 2 weeks since matt saw amelia, they both felt raw, they felt nothing... absolutely nothing.

*AMELIA'S POV*

a beam of sunshine peaking from my slightly open curtains, shining into my eyes, causes me to wake up. i sit up and check my phone. 9:53am, saturday may 18th.

i get out of bed just standing there waiting for my eyes to adjust cause i stood up too quickly.. damn low iron. anyway, i walk downstairs and see my mom in the kitchen eating toast.

"hey meeli" she says with a bright smile

"hey mom" i give her a hug and start getting some lucky charms... im starving!

*time skip*

i finish eating and go back up to my room to start getting ready for the day. i pull out my phone from my pocket...

*3 messages from matt*

"huh?" i say under my breath, "why is matt texting me... we haven't talked since... our fight..."

matt

hey can u come over like rn

me:
hey yeah sure, is everything alright?

matt:
just come over

me:
um alright...
*seen*

i quickly wash my face, brush my hair and pick out some clothes. i grabbed grey sweatpants, a purple nike hoodie, nike blazers and put my hair into a low pony.

"hmm i look good enough" i said to myself but getting distracted by the thought that this definitely isn't my hoodie... thats right. its my brothers... anyways. the triplets only live on the street next to mine, so i grabbed my phone, keys, a water bottle and started to walk to their house.

*time skip*

finally, i get to their house and knock on the door. i wait for a bit then knock again...

"i swear to god matt if this is a stupid prank or some shit" i mutter under my breath, annoyed

finally, the door slowly opens. i see matt, he stand there for a bit, frozen, thinking about something? i dont know. he zones back in.

"hey, come in" matt says looking ulta stressed...

"hi, is everything okay? whats wrong" i say quietly with concern

i do hate the boy, but i care about him, and his family.

"yeah everything is fine" he says already starting to walk up to his room

i follow him not saying anything... im very confused
