The Date

"Aaj hum aur Anubhav dinner pe gaye par wo dinner adhura reh gya , un gundo ki wajah se hua ye sab kher isi bahane hume wo chai date mil gayi, ye dinners at expensive restaurants are so overrated , wo us tapri pe chand ke sath chai ki chuskiya aur Anubhav ki pyaari baten....charming to hain wo ! Par ye sab itna jaldi horaha hai ki darr lag raha hai kahi sapna to nahin...."

She closed her diary and rested her head at her chair reminiscing the events of whole day and soon fall into slumber.

Few hours back.......

"To bata Haseena kesa laga Anubhav ?" ammi asked her curiously.
"Ammi hum sirf ek baar mile hain , ab ek mulaqat me kese bata den sab? Par Haan wo ek ache insaan hain aur ...." her words were cut short by ammi "Matlab tu dobara milegi , ya khuda ! Akhirkhar koi to tuje pasand aya, hume pata tha ki Mahipal bhaisahab ki pasand galat nahi hogi. "
"Ammi apni is excitement ko control kijiye , acha Papa hain kahan? "
"Wo teri choti maa ko lene gaye hain , der raat tak aayenge , tu ab aram kar subah college jana hai tujhe " ammi said caressing her head.
"Ji ammi ! Hum jate hain aap bhi aram kar lijiye ."

Anubhav left from his secret chamber and entered his home .
"Aagya tu?? Kesi rahi pehli mulaqaat , haseena kesi lagi?"  Maa asked in one breath.
"Maa hum abhi aaye hain aur aap ne aate hi sawalo ki ladi laga di , tanik shant ho jaiye " he said making her sit on sofa . "Lijiye pehle pani pijiye , aur davai khaiye , rahi haseena ki baat to wo achi hain , alag hain , hum sochenge ." He said . Maa hugged him " tu janta nahi Anubhav ki mujhe kitni khushi hui hai ye sunke "
(Maaf kijiyega Maa, jhooth bol rahe hain aapse , sach kahen to wo achi hain bahut par humse vivah karna unke liye kisi saza se kam nahi hoga par ab...ab to wo hamare liye zariya hain Mahipal singh tak pahuchne ka , hum farz ke aage majboor hain ) he thought in mind looking at his mother who was happily taking medicine as if it was the most delicious thing , maybe it was because at that moment she got a hope for his son's happiness.
He made her sleep in her room. He too retired for his room after an eventful day. 
"Kya Karen samajh nahi aaraha..... kya aise kisi masoom ke dil ke sath khelna uchit hoga? Par shayad hamari zindagi me uchit aur anuchit ke Mayne sirf desh ki suraksha se Jude hain aur is waqt sabse zaroori hai hamara desh ! Maaf kijiyega Haseena ji , shayad sach Janne k baad aap humse nafrat kare par desh se badhkar hamare liye kuch nahi hai ."
He was in a dilemma to choose between his job and his morals but at that moment his moral responsibility too was his job that was to protect his nation.

Next morning

At the headquarters

"Ji Sir , wo neta Raviprasad ko arrest kar liya hai aur unke samarthako ko bhi force ne control kar liya hai . Situation is under control. " He  kept the  phone but his relaxed expression soon changed into tensed after receiving the message "Anubhav Haseena se fir milo aaj aur koshish karo ki jald se jald tum uske ghar tak jaa pao. Aaj 1 August hai , intelligence ki report ke mutabik 14 August ko kuch bada hone wala hai usse pehle tumhe sab karna hai aur haan wo last case ki file bhi bhej dena hume "
"Ye desk job ke naam pe bhi double kaam Kara rahe hain bakshi sir humse ,  shreeman Anubhav lag jaiye shehedjaal me" he said sarcastically. He pick his another phone and messaged her
