It is a creamy, sweet haze..
Chocolate! With its mesmerizing taste
You can enjoy it never too much
It's eaten always in haste
Delicious beyond description
A miraculous milky mist
Magically, it remains on
Every person's bucket list
It has a verity of kinds
Milk chocolate, white and dark
And I'm pretty sure that in your heart
Chocolate has left its mark
Delicious, creamy, sweet, mouth watering
It's purrfect in every way
Sometimes I marvel how
Such a small thing can light up your day.
