Visenya was there when her lord husband was named the new Heir of the Iron Throne. She was then, pregnant with her second child. Visenya knew Rhaenys was disappointed, if it were her, she would too. But Visenya knew that a woman would not inherit the Iron Throne. The lords instead choose Viserys. Her husband and brother.

Visenya saw something changed in her family that day. Maybe it was the love between the family that changed. Maybe some of the members were angry at the new turn of events. Upset at the fact that king Jaehaerys choose his grandson instead of his eldest granddaughter or the other son. Rhaenys was born before him, she was the first heir. It should've been her. Perhaps the love for her family died completely that day. She didn't know what ran through Rhaenys's head in that moment. She knew it all too well, the men of the realm would rather set the realm to torch than see a woman sitting on the Iron Throne.
