To Robin,

Steve is coming to school regularly now.

Most days he even stays for the full day. I'm proud of him. I bet you are too. He says he's doing it for you. Even though your not here anymore, for some reason I still can't imagine him without you. I can't imagine him walking around school without having you right next to him, rambling about something. Probably a book or maybe your silly theories that somehow always end up true. But I guess I don't have to imagine it anymore, because it's actually happening. I actually have to watch him walk around the corridors without you. Sit at lunch without you. Tag along at the kids DnD sessions without you. But it's okay, because I know you're always just one step away from him. We just can't see you.
