Boyfriend Scenarios: Akatsuki

When You Elope

this is going to be a doozie of a chapter. 

I'm leaving it as one longer chapter vs splitting it in half as i normally do. 

This chapter is 'split' in each character between when/how they ask and then your actual eloping.

kisame:
It took Kisame a lot of time to get any confidence to ask you the one question he really wanted. And even with that gathered, he still felt unsure...until Itachi got involved. Having been frustrated beyond belief just watching his partner get ready to ask then chicken out.
The two of you were at a beach, a secluded one, enjoying some time off. Itachi had followed along -you and your beau blissfully unaware. The Uchiha just knew that this was the best opportunity his partner was ever going to get...and he really wanted to make sure he had that chance at permanent happiness with you.

You rushed into the water with your bathing suit and immediately shrieked at the coldness.
You only just got used to the temperature...when you noticed that you had lost sight of your boyfriend.

"...kisame?" you called out gently looking about and staying a float. 

worry quickly ate at you 

"k-kisa?!" you yelled louder the shorter form that way if anyone was near they wouldn't recognize the name

You felt something touch your submerged foot and screamed, power paddling to the shore like your life depended on it - and you were sure it did.

Only...you didn't get far as you were quickly pulled back into a broad, warm chest

"...sorry..." you heard the sheepish reply behind you

"KISAME HOSHIGAKI!" you raged slapping at him "YOU SCARED THE SHIT OUTTA ME!"

he chuckled softly at you and kissed your shoulder, which you quickly huffed and shoved at him

"let go...I'm not happy"

"ahw...don't say that. I just found something for you" he pouted behind you
confused you turned and looked up at him

"i didn't lose anything though...?"

Kisame chuckled softly and took your hand gently
"its not so much something you lost...more, something that you needed to be given" he explained in a hushed tone as he quickly placed the item in your hand and encircled your fist right back around it

"what is it...? its not some crab that will bite me is it? or a squid or something wriggly..."

again your blue skinned man was amused by your response, yet this time only shook his head and motioned for you to look for yourself.

you held the hand towards your face and opened it

"i was...thinking..." he drawled out in an embarrassed tone "it would, uh...look really nice as a ring...on your finger..."

your gaze locked onto what looked like an opalized Pearl.
you quickly gaped at kisame and promptly forgot you were swimming and quickly began to sank.

"w-wait! (name)...!" Kisame panicked reaching towards you

"Took you long enough"

The large hands holding you in the air by your waist settled you upon the ground once more and upon turning, saw the Sweets-man himself smiling sweetly at you
