When you hug me all I want to do is pull you in closer
And steal a kiss or two
But instead I let go and act cool
Side by side we steal conversations throughout the night
I can't help but stare into your eyes the whole time
And smile when you gaze back into mine
You know we're not fooling anyone
I keep getting asked what's up between me and you
I really wish you'd get out of your head
And just give us a chance
A chance to see if the chemistry between us is strong enough
To be a forever kind of love
