"he may find moments of being in pain, he talked to the nurse about taking pills with him to help with the pain but obviously he cant, so...." officer choi started, soon pulling something out his pockets and handing it to jungkook who looked at the bottle of pills.
"these will help him with the pain, he just needs to have a little bit of water with it and he will be good"
jungkook thanked him and patted his back "I will remember all of this help you have been doing for me, I just need one more thing" the raven whispered, watching the officer nod and step closer.
"who stabbed him and where is he staying?" jungkook whispered, not wanting taehyung to hear.
"I am not sure, I will figure it out and let you know" choi replied, patting his back.
"I will get namjoon to send you some money, thanks choi" jungkook said, watching the male nod and step outside as soon as the door shut he was at taehyung's side. he pulled the male into a hug and smiled when the brunette hugged back.
"im so sorry taehyung" jungkook said, causing taehyung to shake his head and remove his arms from around the mafia boss.
"dont apologies, it was bound to happen" the brunette sighed, looking at jungkook who had his hand on his thigh. moving his fingers side to side. taehyung loved the feeling and let out a little yawn.
"do you want to nap?" jungkook asked smiling when the smaller nodded. after helping taehyung get into the covers he quickly grabbed the fluffy blanket jimin had washed for taehyung a day ago and draped it over taehyung.
"whats wrong?" the male whispered, noticing his frown.
"can you sleep with me p-please" taehyung had no idea why he was asking, or why he wanted to be in jungkook's arms. all he knew was he felt safe, and felt content.
jungkook nodded, not questioning anything and slid under the covers. he let out a little smile when taehyung placed his head on his chest, wrapping his arms around him.
the mafia boss wrapped his arms around taehyung, making sure he was warm and covered by the blanket. the room was silent, they both felt tired. jungkook felt so worried that it felt nice to have the male in his arms, alive and safe.
taehyung felt so grateful for jungkook and jimin, guilt started to eat him up inside. he's lied to the both of them, the two people that had his back and protected him. the two people who care about him. the first two people to ever do so. he felt conflicted, he wanted to get out to look after his baby brother, dog and cat.
the bed situation was similar to the one at home, he slept on a thin mattress on the floor. with one thick blanket. he missed yummy food and being outdoors all the time. the brunette imagined laying in the grass, no rules.... freedom.
it had been a dream he has been having lately, and he hopes one day it will come true. he was dreading seeing his father, he had no clue on what the evil man would even say.
he looked up at jungkook who had his eyes shut, soon fluttered open when he felt a stare shoot his way. he looked down a little to see the brunette looking back up at him with a soft gaze. they both felt like something was pulling them together, neither of them looked away.
the brunette gulped when he watched jungkook's eyes turn from his own to his lips and then back up. he did not realise his own eyes doing the same thing till he watched jungkook slowly lean in, the male stopped but soon kept going when he noticed taehyung inch closer.
their noses grazed each others and soon their lips met. they both did not move, jungkook hand went to the side of taehyung's face before their lips moulded together.
the brunette had one hand placed on jungkook's chest as their lips moved in sync, tilting their heads slightly when they craved more. it was the most beautiful moment to taehyung, it reminded him of those romantic movies. where as soon as they kiss someone they love fireworks go off and it feels like it is only them in the world.
jungkook felt the same thing. he has never felt this way when kissing someone, every time he pulled taehyung closer towards him he just wanted more. it felt so right.
