"Y/N" My boyfriend of 8 months, Shawn, called.

"Yes Shawn?"

"Come here"

I walked downstairs to see what he wanted.

"What?"

"I wanna go out"

"Go out where?"

"I have an idea, just get ready."

I quickly went back up the stairs and started to get ready. I put on a white crop top and a pair of light blue shorts. I wasn't to cold outside, but I put on a navy kimono with flowers. I put my hair in a fishtail braid and put on some sandals.

"Princess, are you ready?" I hear Shawn yell from the bottom of the stairs.

"Yeah, give me a minute"

I grab my phone, and walk downstairs.

I walked into the living room to see Shawn playing a game on his phone.

"Ready Shawn?"

He turns around and his eyes go wide.

"1. You look beautiful and 2. Yes, let's go"

We get into his Jeep Wrangler and he pulls out a bandana.

"Umm, Shawn?"

"Trust me, let me put it on for you"

"Okay then"

He puts it on and we start to drive.

About 15 minutes later the car stops. I hear Shawn get out, and he opens my door. He grabs my hand and intertwined our fingers.

"Can I take this thing off yet?" I say

"Not yet princess"

After about a 5 minute walk he stops and takes the blindfold off of me. The sight is amazing!

We are in a beautiful meadow. I didn't notice that Shawn had a picnic basket and a blanket. He grabbed my hand again and we walked to a flat spot in the field. He laid the blanket down, and put the basket on it. We both sat down and Shawn started to take out the food.

I came up with an idea. I stood up and silently walked from the picnic.

"Where are you going (Y/N)?" He asked smiling.

"Try to come and get me!" Turning away from him and running through the field.

I quickly looked over my shoulder to see Shawn getting off the blanket and running towards me.

"I'm coming for you!!" Shawn called quickly catching up to me.

I started laughing trying to dodge flowers and tall grass that went to my knees.

I ran a few more feet and glanced over my shoulder to see Shawn hot on my heels. I stopped suddenly, but he didn't. He slammed into me, and his hands made his way around my waist as we fell into the flowers.

"Oops, haha" he said, realizing that he spun around when he fell causing me to fall on top of him.

My face turned red and I tried to stand up. He grabbed my hand and pulled me back down with him. I put my head on his chest and listen to his soft, steady heartbeat.

"Shawn?" I said turning to look at him.

"Yes princess?" Moving a strand of hair out of my face, then putting his hands back on my waist.

"I love you." I said smiling at him.

"I love you more (Y/N)" he said smiling.

He leaned down to meet my lips, putting a hand on my cheek, pulling me in for a gentle kiss. His lips pressed against mine and my arm made its way around his waist. He pulled away slowly and smiled.

"No way, I love you more." I giggled making him roll his eyes and pull me in for another kiss.
