your eyes mesmerise me,
I feel like I could swim in them for hours
as you hold me tighter, my heart flutters.
this irrational feeling
makes me weak every time I see you,
after all this time.
i follow the quick moves
of your pupils while you're reading,
you smile when you realise
i'm looking at you
and without taking your eyes of those pages,
you kiss my forehead.
