In a remotely uninteresting building in the middle of the city of Koriyama in the Fukushima prefecture in the northeast of the island of Honshu in Japan, the draw to this relatively new competition in the sport of Badminton is about to begin

"Hello and good morning to you Badminton fans all over the world wherever you are watching the draw for the upcoming new competition of the Hetalia Badminton World Nation Championship draw." The announcer began the introduction. "This is a new sporting tournament in the branch of Badminton where 32 players are selected to represent their countries and nation in this prestigious competition. The nations are chosen based by performance and ranking points from competition prior to this one. Well we can tell you that 28 of the 32 countries that are selected for todays draw qualify on points and performance alone. The likes of China, Japan, Denmark, and Indonesia. Whilst the other 4 nations have to went through qualification in order to secure their place in this competition. Now there have been some surprising qualifiers as well as some even surprising absent. The likes of Chinese Taipei and Vietnam had to actually withdraw from the tournament entirely due to the injury of most of their players. Some of the surprising participants includes Switzerland, Estonia, and Cuba with Macau winning the last qualifying game against Lithuania to book their place as the last participant of the World Nation Championship. The draw will begin in a matter of moments but let's take a look at the nations that made it to this draw as we can see:

" The big names such as Mighty China, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Denmark are all through with next to no challenge really. They would be the main candidates for the gold medal. Now the surprise as spoken before was Estonia and Slovakia with Macau the unexpected qualifier. Countries that are not known for their Badminton prowess. We shall see how far they can go in this competition. As far as seeded players are concern, I can tell you we have some extraordinary talents here waiting to be display on court and to tell you an amazing fact is that we have a total of 9 teenagers in the draw, all exciting young players to be hold and as for seeding itself, it will depend on the draw that is made but I assure you that where you are in the ranking hardly matters here with all the tough competitors. Of course there are expectations of the players to at the very least give their best performance for all of the world to see. Now the big news that we have for you is that this will be the last competition for the great Wang Yao of China, 39 years of age and after this tournament he will officially retire from the sport of Badminton. Other news that is also of some importance is the qualification of some very talented teen players. We've got two 16 year old from Korea and Malaysia. We have three 17 year old , one of them being Eduard von Bock, the Estonian. What a remarkable achievement it is for him. To sum up, the entire players participating has the age range of 20 to 25 years. It would make for some very interesting match up indeed."

As the announcer continue, the display of the draw is shown in his background

"Having just been announced this year, we have no records of any past winners but we can tell you that the athletes participating are all a list of wonderful winners in many many World Tour Series. Now without further a do, as you all have been so patiently waiting for, we shall begin the draw." The announcer proclaimed.

The technicians arranged the selected names before starting the drawing procedure within the computer and not long after, the draw for this competition is finally complete.
