A month passed in a blink of an eye.
Jimin couldn't believe how quickly the days seemed to go by when to him, they seemed to each last forever. Jimin really hated the concept of time. It was hard to focus on such thoughts though when for the last few days, he'd felt like utter shit. At first Jimin thought maybe this overly rich food was to blame but even if he ate something light, like soup or bread, he was throwing it back up. Jungkook was out of the country on some 'business trip' since the week before so Jimin found himself in the care of Seokjin. The other truly was such a motherly and warm figure. But it seemed he'd had enough of Jimin's 'I'm fine' and had finally called the personal physician of Jungkook to do a house call and find out what was going on with him. Jimin sat in the bed, back pressed to the headboard as he sighed. The visit had some very unexpected results and quite frankly, Jimin wasn't sure how to process them. His mind unable to get past the conversation he'd just had with the doctor not even an hour ago.
- FLASHBACK –
"Ah, well after looking over everything Jimin – ah, I have a feeling I know the source of your illness." The doctor, an elder Beta, spoke as he adjusted his glasses and smiled at the Omega.
"You do?" Jimin asked, the doctor giving a nod.
"We will need to confirm it with a test and some bloodwork, but it sounds to me like you are pregnant." The doctor said with a smile from ear to ear, "Congratulations!"
- END OF FLASHBACK –
Congratulations. Jimin almost wanted to snap back with for what? It shouldn't have surprised him given that after a week of being here, he'd gone into heat. With all that had been going on, he'd lost track of it and Jungkook took full advantage of it. Jimin would be more surprised if he wasn't pregnant given how many times Jungkook fucked him during his heat and knotted him every time. Jimin took the test and of course it came back positive, but the bloodwork would be the final insurance. Seokjin was elated but Jimin was anything but happy about this. Sure, he wanted a pup, more than anything in fact. Did he want to have a pup with Jungkook? Honestly, he didn't know. A small part of him, the part of him that still wanted to resist this whole ordeal was screaming hell no, but the dominant part of him wasn't sure. Since coming here, Jungkook hadn't been nearly as bad as he'd expected. The Alpha wasn't around a lot of the time, always off handling some kind of 'business' but when he was, he was like a different person than the one that Jimin had come to know. He was still a little shit at times, but he mostly had been quite attentive and tender with him. He wondered how Jungkook would react to this news.
"Jiminie – ah? Can I come in?" Seokjin asked through the door.
Jimin lifted his head to look in the direction of the other's voice as he forced a smile at the other.
"O – Of course, its open Hyung." Jimin said.
The door opened and Seokjin walked in, holding a silver tray in one hand as he smiled at the other.
"I brought you some homemade broth, I don't think this should be too hard on your stomach." Seokjin said.
To be honest, now that his morning sickness was over, he was kind of hungry. He sat up a bit more as he looked like an excited puppy.
"Thank you Hyung, I am actually kind of hungry." Jimin said as Seokjin set the tray down and got it situated for Jimin.
"I can imagine, it seems like you have done nothing but throw up. Did the doctor give you something to help?" Seokjin asked, sitting on the bed as he looked Jimin over worriedly.
"Mm. He did, some pills to help with the morning sickness and he recommended a lot of peppermint and ginger tea." Jimin said, already diving into the broth and his eyes widened at the taste. "Wow, this is delicious Hyung, did you make it?"
