The kingdom of Hyrule has ushered in a golden age of prosperity ever since Link has exposed Gandondorf's plans of stealing their sacred relic known as the Triforce to the royal family. It was paused during the unforeseen Twilight invasion, but it quickly resumed shortly afterwards and has continued on ever since

"Did you get all of that, your highness?"

The young woman with blonde hair has woken up from her nap and was confused about what her teacher has just said during class
"I'm sorry sir, what did you just say?"

"Zelda my dear, you have got to stop taking naps during your lectures. if this happens again, I'm going to have to talk to your mother about this" he said sternly as he organize his books and papers

Zelda had got up from her table and chair as she's feeling rather guilty over this
"I'm so sorry mister, I swear that it won't happen again"
she exclaimed as she leaves the room for the day

"You better keep that promise princess"

Zelda is generally rather lonely ever since her father died suddenly when she was little and has trouble finding friends outside of her bodyguard Impa who are not hired or is a child of one of the castle staff. Her mother, Queen Diane is well aware of this issue for quite some time and is coming up with a plan to change that

While Zelda is walking to her bedroom after her lecture, a young scholar who was the same age as her went up to her and promptly bow "Your mother wanted to talk to you your highness"

"Really?" Zelda responds "Where she's at?"

The scholar then takes her hand and guides her to the meeting hall where Queen Daine is waiting for her. The Queen is wearing her royal pink and gold garb that she's typically in and on her head lies an old golden crown that was passed down in the Hylian Royal Family for generations along with a string with three jewels that was hanged to the said-crown. her golden hair is bundled up in a low bun with a net to hold it

Zelda and the scholar entered the meeting hall and saw the queen sitting in one of the chairs with some papers on the table "Zelda my dear, how's your day been going?"

Zelda responds while still having her memory with her teacher today still fresh in her mind
"Fine I suppose" as her mother pulls out a chair for her to sit on

"I see dear, but I wanted to tell you what's going to happen this weekend"
Diane respond while Zelda sits on the chair facing her but then she look to the scholar and said "You may now have a break for the day"

the scholar then promptly bow to the queen and said
"Yes, your majesty" as she leaves the room leaving the two royals alone

Zelda then doodles in one of the papers at the table in which Daine being to explained to her daughter
"I know about your problem with making friends for quite some time now and I have a plan that is going to change that"

"What do you mean by that?" asked Zelda as she's doodling

"There is going to be a trade meeting this weekend with the surrounding kingdoms and I've been thinking of also inviting the rulers' kids as well as an opportunity for you to make some friends"

"Really mom?" Zelda said confused

"Yes really my dear" Daine said. Zelda's mood lightens up and then gets up from her chair to hug her mom "Okay then mom! Maybe it'll be worth the shot!"

"That's the spirit Zelda!" Daine said as she pulled away from their hug"Now you may go back to your quarters"

Zelda nodded to her mother and then leaves the meeting halls to her quarters while be excited for the weekend to come But little does she know that the meeting will kickstart an adventure with some unlikely friends
