And I'd like to think we were a force of nature that no one could stop or even dare try. To think that our lips interlocking made the sky spark with a fierce light that could burn down a forest. To think that our hands touching sent friction into the air. The way our eyes latched onto one another sent a downpour of rain that could drown everything but us. To think that our love was a storm. Bold, fierce, and unstoppable. But I was wrong. See, you alone could light fires with your fingertips. You could set the sky alight with thunder. Your eyes held as every bit of darkness as rain clouds. You were venomous and aggressive yet calm and gentle all at once. You were the eye of the storm- you are a force to be reckoned with
