Josie sits alone in the diner opening up her pocket sized mirror checking herself
After spending some together Rafael asked her out she calmly accepted and has been getting ready all day to impress the boy even more
It's been twenty minutes and the waiter arrives with her food a salad fries and a strawberry milkshake
"Madame your food" says the male waiter
"Thanks"
Looking at her phone josie feels bored and takes a fry eating it before taking another
"I don't mind if I do"
A cocky looking hope behind her munching on her chip
"Hey that's not for you"
Ignoring that hope jumps into the booth sitting next to the grumpy girl
"Cheer up I'm here now"
"I'll cheer up when your gone"
"Really huh"
Hope takes a chip dipping it in some tomato sauce and wipes it on the annoyed girl's nose
"You idiot"
Getting her back josie takes a dollop of tomato sauce wiping it down hope's cheeks
Looking at another for a while they burst out laughing
It's been a long time since they were both like this carefree and happy just joking around the waiter watched the interaction picking up something between them but obviously didn't comment on it not wanting to look unprofessional
Raf makes his way and feels slightly taken by the sight putting a downer on his mood his apparent date laughing with someone else
Meeting his eye Josie puts on a serious expression pushing a playful Hope away thinking how bad this looks to the guy she's supposed to be going on a date with
"Hey you finally made it"
This eases him a bit but still he never thought josie was this close with someone and she never spoken about this person to him
"Hey jo.....
Hope notices the awkwardness and makes her way to the silent pair
"You must be josie's date"
She puts out a hand as the boy looks warily before shaking it
"Yeah the name's Rafael"
"Hope Mikaelson at your service"
"You can go hope"
"Treat the girl with respect okay because if I hear that you hurt her I'll hunt you down and I'll get rid of you"
Josie hits hope's shoulder
"Joking but seriously I have contacts"
The boy gets terrified at that as hope smugly walks to the door before winking to josie who tries to look cross
Rafael orders burger fries and a cheesecake with a vanilla milkshake
Now left alone to there date feeling more confident and relaxed raf gives a winning compliment to josie making her blush as she drinks her milkshake
They chat for hours sharing each other's day's events
"Josie your a special girl and I would like to make you my special girl....
The brunette perks up at hearing this
What I'm asking is Will you be my girlfriend"
"Hmm let me think......Yes I'd really like that"
He almost felt nervous until she said yes making him feel like he's the luckiest boy alive
Under the table they intertwine hands as they officially become boyfriend and girlfriend
He walks her home after they finish
At the door step quarterback smoothly goes in for a kiss with the cheerleader
Josie and Rafael kiss at the porch
Tyler and Caroline are cutting up some vegetables making some story fry dinner for tonight
After her date with rafael josie recivies a text from the boy making her giggle as she makes her way upstairs
Caroline passes the broccoli to Tyler as he thanks her with a quick peck
"I can't wait to marry you"
"Me too Mr foorwood but I also have something else planned tonight"
Tyler then gets distracted by Caroline who shows him her lingerie through her top showin a lacey red bra
He pushes her up the fridge as kisses her ever so inviting lips she wrap her arms around his neck
A few minutes and Josie comes down for some water
The sight grosses her out seeing her step dad and mom making out on the kitchen counter
"Ew This is seriously weird you guys are ways past the age"
"Hey it's never past the age and your mother here is a very energetic woman"
"Don't need to hear this"
The dark haired man holds onto the giddy blonde woman
They look in love something that the young girl doesn't get and doesn't want to
