As Jane stood up in the life boat looking around for Maisie Brumble she fell in Jane! Jacob shouted as she swam to the surface I'll meet you at Rum Pepper Island she said as she dove beneath the waves pushing Maisie onto the boat before swimming downward.
What was she thinking? Growing more and more attached to the human who went by the name of Jacob Holland and little Maisie. She was a mermaid and he was a human as was Maisie.
As that thought swirled in the back of her mind she began to cry until Flotsam and Jetsam appeared taking her to the sea witch.
